The unit was on the 28th floor, which gave me a stunning, full view of the city—especially beautiful at night. The amenities were a huge highlight. The pool and jacuzzi were both clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. Communication was seamless throughout the entire stay—the host and residential staff were responsive, helpful, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. One of the best parts is the location. It’s within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in Brickell, as well as top nightlife spots, which made exploring super convenient. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again—10/10 experience!

Expected more for the price. Was a decent place but many things were either outdated or broken. Our door was propped open because the lockbox did not work making us feel uneasy when we arrived. Parking very confusing, took us a couple of tries to find the correct spot because the address is correct on Google Maps but does not direct you to the right place. Seemed more like I was out of place and not very comfortable.

The check-in process was fine however, the instructions of where the parking pass was was not where it was supposed to be so I ended up spending $80 for the private valet. I also asked for towels multiple times and never received any. I also called the phone number that they sent to call with no answer.. The bathroom door did not close. And the shower was not regulated. It was just very very hot. The upside is it’s got a beautiful view and a kitchen and the hotel itself is stunning. Next time I stayed at the Brickell, I would probably just stay with the hotel not with a private condo.

Several things were not working, and the host did not address or fix anything during our stay. There was poor communication; I texted and called them, but in the end they BLOCKED my number. How I figured out? Every time when I called back as follow up the call was canceled. However, I borrowed someone else’s phone and was able to reach representatives right away and she said it’s too late the supervisor will call me next morning but no one called.

Would definitely stay again and most likely will! Staff was very helpful and available 24/7 which was greatly appreciated with my early arrival to Miami. Proximity to nightlife and food was a plus!

My only two issues was that the parking pass wasn’t available as soon as I arrived so that was a bit of an issue and there were no controllers for the tv’s in the bedrooms. But everything else was great

Loved this property. My family had an amazing time. Only issues i had was i couldnt initially connect to the Wifi, and how long it took for deposit to return back to my account. Other than that...i highly recommend this stay because it was super clean and near everything!!

The staff there is rude, when you book thrid party as they call it. Parking passes where expired, and i had to pay 65.00 for in and out for 5 days. Also their is a hidden fee no tells you about untill you arrived!! They say it comes back to you so we will see. The carpets in the room was very dirty, and so was the blanket throwed across the bed . Other than that nothing to special there..

La estadía en general fue buena y el lugar cumplió con lo esperado una vez todo estuvo resuelto. Sin embargo, quiero mencionar dos puntos importantes a mejorar. Yo solo hablo español y el soporte telefónico fue únicamente en inglés. Tuve que esperar bastante tiempo hasta que finalmente me consiguieron a una persona que hablara español, lo cual fue incómodo, especialmente llegando cansado y con mi familia. También se me solicitó un depósito de 300 dólares que no estaba claramente indicado en la reserva de Expedia. Acepté pagarlo para poder continuar con el proceso, ya que quería resolver la situación lo antes posible. Después de eso, la experiencia fue satisfactoria y la estadía transcurrió sin problemas. Recomendaría mejorar la atención en español y dejar más claro el tema de los depósitos para futuros huéspedes.

Don’t stay here. Half of the things in the unit were broken or didn’t work - AC, TVs, shower head, lights, you name it. I contacted the property about all of these things and wasn’t offered a solution or a partial refund.

Falta de seriedad y comunicación

La propiedad en general bien. Llegué y las llaves no funcionaban, me mandaron a lobby y las recepcionistas me comentaron que el hotel no tenía nada que ver con los departamentos. Tuve que esperar para que me dieran llaves que si funcionaran. Había una fuga de agua en el baño y la lavadora no servía. Lo reporte inmediatamente y me dijeron que iría alguien de mantenimiento a revisar. No fue nadie. Al día siguiente me pidieron estar en la propiedad 5:00 pm para recibir a la persona de mantenimiento. Nunca llegó por segunda vez. 2 días me pidieron estar para recibir a la persona y nunca llegó. Solo pidieron una disculpa después de dejarme en visto por varias horas. Muy mala experiencia pues yo estaba de vacaciones y tenía que estar al pendiente de la persona de mantenimiento que nunca llegó. Tuve que poner toallas en el piso del baño y no pude usar la lavadora

La habitación fue pésima. La alfombra sucia y olía muy feo. Las sábanas estaban sucias. La cortina estaba rota y no cerraba completo. Solo salía agua hirviendo. Nadie pudo solucionarlo. Me salí al día siguiente de llegar y solicité el reembolso y nadie me ha dado respuesta. Pésimo lugar para quedarse.
