This is a great townhouse in the perfect location. Spacious, well appointed, and clean.

Wasn’t able to stay due to the property flooding, we found out after we paid. Then we were told it would be up to 15 days to get our money back. Customer service said they will send us a $50 off coupon but never did. We had to book hotels for the next three days as we were traveling and that would have helped out.

This property has lots of nearby dining options within blocks and is only 10 minutes drive from downtown, the university, or Churchill Downs. A roomy great option for lodging.

Loved it!

This was perfect for us! The amenities were beyond expectation! Everything was clean, beautifully organized, and so comfortable! We walked the whole area, which is lovely! The local shops and restaurants were very nice to explore. What a beautiful place to be!

Great Place to stay in Louisville

Great place, good condition, would stay again. But you can't walk to the YUM Center. An UBER or driving makes since. So the walk to all is misleading. But there are plenty or restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing location if the plan is to explore the Bardstown neighborhood — you literally 200 feet from my favorite taco place in Louisville. A major plus to have parking.

Luxury stay at a friendly price

Very nice. Dealt with the owner by phone before checking in and after check out for specifics and everything was great! Plenty of room for larger families and easy access to many restaurants and shops. Although we were only there for one night, the owner was very flexible when it came to arrival time and check out. It was priced less than your average luxury hotel but we were very surprised at how spacious and clean it was. This is a great place to stay if you require multiple nights. We were there for a concert which was within walking distance and left shortly after waking up the next morning so didn’t have a chance to take advantage of all that was offered

Great place. I’m coming back for sure.

Great condo. It’s 3 stories. Top two floors each with bedroom and full bath. Entry floor with 1/2 bath. Full kitchen. Protected parking with security gate. Walkable to jack fry’s. Easy Uber to anywhere in highlands. Definitely staying here next time I’m in Louisville.
