Établissement très propre, plutôt bien situé pour se rendre aux points de visite (en voiture): Santa Monica, Griffith Obs., Hollywood... Tout est neuf et bien entretenu, personnel sympathique (que vous croisez uniquement si vous arrivez un peu en avance). Gros point négatif le bruit, des voisins pas du tout respectueux la plupart du temps, très mal insonorisé. Pour l’eau chaude il faut laisser couler 10 minutes voire plus pour que ça arrive donc écologiquement pas terrible du tout

A great no nonsense budget option

Clean place. Has all the basic amenities. Check-in process was smooth. I was worried about parking at the property but you will find plenty of street parking nearby. Overall, a great no nonsense budget option.

I live in the area but had to book a room for personal reasons . Upon arrival a homeless lady was in the driveway getting water from the water hose . Which made me very uncomfortable. I notified the owners and they were willing to offer a refund but the response was too late due to the fact I Had already checked in . very clean & noisy . Overall stay was ok

La struttura è recente, ingresso in comune con cucina e sala che possono utilizzare tutti i clienti naturalmente lasciando pulito. I clienti hanno poi le loro stanze con bagno. La nostra stanza era non molto spaziosa ma pulita e funzionale senza televisore, bagno piccolo. Si entra con codice sia alla stanza che dall’ingresso principale. Il parcheggio è solo di due posti ma c’e posto nella strada stando attenti ai cartelli. Non c’e’ check-in ma arriva un messaggio con i codici e le istruzioni per trovare la stanza assegnata. Purtroppo devo segnalare un’espetienza negativa: una sera rientrando abbiamo trovato una persona che usciva dalla stanza, non so chi fosse, ma cercava chi aveva parcheggiato un’auto. Pensavo fosse della struttura ma alla fine credo che fosse una cliente. Tutto questo lo dico solo per avvertire di controllare la chiusura della propria porta visto che non ci sono istruzioni in merito. E quando chiudo mi aspetto che sia chiusa effettivamente visto che c’e’ un codice da inserire, mai avrei pensato di dover fare delle procedure che non erano segnate ne nella struttura ne nelle email di conferma. Ho mandato un messaggio e la struttura si è scusata mandandomi le procedure di chiusura e chiedendomi altre informazioni dell’accaduto, ma poi non ha più risposto. Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più nella risoluzione del mio problema.

Good luck falling asleep

Good luck with parking if you're not the first or second one arriving for your stay. The house facility looks good overall, but there were many ants in our room. Beds, spring mattress were not comfy. The dog next door kept barking all night so I couldn't fall asleep. Parking isn't the only first come first serve basis, hot water is also limited. I took shower at 9am and I had to take cold shower. If you're ONLY looking for a place to sleep with a roof, I recommend it. It's right next to the highway so commute is okay, but it isn't located in a good neighborhood.

Struttura ben organizzata e pulita. Molto comoda e ben fornita la cucina. Camere un po’ piccole ma ben arredate e pulite. Nella camera quadrupla vi erano due letti da una piazza e mezza, piuttosto piccoli e scomodi per dormire in coppia. Il wi-fi è molto debole. Nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti, la zona è tranquilla e il parcheggio facile da trovare.

My one big issue was with the air conditioning. The one vent in my room was covered with paper tow towel and tape. After the first uncomfortably hot night I sent the room service a text and they said the vent was probably covered by the previous tenant because they we're cold. That let me know they either didn't check the room after the last tenant or paid the covered vent no mind if they did check. The other two nights even with the vent uncovered were not munch cooler even with the AC being on all night at a good temperature. It's like the AC was in some type of energy saving mode and not as cool. Lastly there was a motion detecting energy saver light in the bathroom that continually cut off every 30 seconds unless you made some motion in front of it. Very annoying by day 3. Cleaning person was nice shared kitchen and washer worked out well.

i would book this hotel again, always! it is new, (rather) clean, very well equipped (there is good equipped kitchen and you can cook dishes even beside microwave), the location is very good (well connected to LA tourist points of interest). drawbacks: parking lot is not guaranteed (but you'll find a parking lot nearby); walls are thin - no acoustic isolation against neighbours. overall, very good value!

The property itself is new but the rooms smell badly and you cannot control the temp of the room at all. The keys provided for the shared restrooms did not work. Also, the linens smelled very weird. If you park first, you'll be blocked in. Overall, pretty bad...

Nice place to stay

Nice place, well located, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen area is really nice. Perhaps, the A/C does not work as it should so we had to open door and windows and then it is noisy because of the close highway. No toaster in the kitchen.

Check in was easy. We received an email that provided us codes for the front door and our room. It was a little warm for us since it seemed the A/C wasn’t working very well. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Very clean and we had a private bathroom that was very clean as well.

I loved the warmth and cozy atmosphere of the environment. The maintenance and cleanliness is a 10/10 . I was very impressed with the professionalism that Alex the manager demonstrated. W would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting LA. I hope there will be additional homes such as this one in San Francisco.
