Poor stay for everything

The bed is very small if can have a super single then it might be better. And the room is very small as well compared to previously when I stay there. The bathroom is a little old and the bed is not comfortable The breakfast catered is not nice at all

The location is not bad compare for the price The hotel extension to 6pm is more expensive (88 rm) then KSL hotel (75rm), was told to extend the check out time , hotel will divide the amount of the whole say to 2, the original price of hotel is 180 rm.

Near to KSL

The hotel was not as new as in the photo and the hotel room was not well maintain. The hotel room have mold/mildew smell.

I stayed there with my daughter after her dismissal from school. She wore her school uniform there. The next day, after checked out at 12pm, my daughter alerted that she has left her uniform in the wardrobe in the hotel room. We returned to the hotel about 2 pm to retrieve the "lost item". The room has been made up already and the front desk staff checked the hotel's lost and found area, but my daughter's uniform could not be found. I am puzzled how the uniform could gone missing in about 2 hours time and the staff who cleaned the room claimed that she did not see the uniform in the room. The only reason I could think of is that the staff when cleaning the room could have thrown the uniform away out of convenience instead of returning it to the hotel's lost and found area. I have provided my contact in case they find my girl's school uniform. But now it is near 1 week already, there is still no news from the hotel.

Good location, proximity to lots of eateries.

Location was a plus consideration for selecting the hotel. Service was prompt. Except for the availability of carpark lots for the guests.

bad experience on room cleanliness

1st room I go in, the smell is terrible until I feel want to vomit, that is humid smell, I'm ask to change, the staff is good and allow me to change, after that I choose to stay at the room they provide, even the smell is not terrible as the first 1, but I still feel humid and smelly.

A hotel beside KSL City Mall

A very bad and disappointing stay at the hotel. Have a stench of bad odour at hotel lobby. Another stench in the room. It smelled like dirty sock not wash for months. Dusts were everywhere and the warm shower does not feel like it is warm water. Wardrobe is spoiled and air-con does not feel cool. Insufficient lighting in the room as well. It is just terrible.

Quick getway break

Convenient, accessible is the only uptmost reason why i choose to stay here. I wont expect a prefect getway knowing the price i paid for. A clean bedspread, a working toilet flushing system complete with clean picture tv is good enough for me. Thank you.

convenient and clean and comfortable hotel overall

It is pretty good place, but the wifi is really horrible. it is slow and it keeps prompting to log in after a few minutes of inactivity. it auto logs out of the wifi when you lock your phone too. The furnitures look a bit old but the bed and pillows are really comfortable and clean. The locker is low batt and cannot be used. breakfast is good too!

Value for money and good location KSL mall shopping and a lot of indoor and outdoor food overall is ok the air con was good working and very cool I like it .

Lousy and Smelly Hotel

I stayed there yesterday, below are my observation:- Minus 1. Look like haunted hotel. 2. smelly lobby, lift lobby and walkway 3. Not friendly staff. 4. lousy breakfast. 5.smelly and dirty towels.

Not Happy Stay

Upset... Car Park need to pay but not stated during booking. No clear instructions from Security to show us to car park. Room have no hot water... Towel smelly... Very Noisy - Loud music from nearby pub... Breakfast super not nice... Worse breakfast compare to all stays in other hotel... Only good is the location aiiii

Good location but lousy facilities

I stay at this hotel several times and this is the worst room I met. Room was small and although with windows, you can only see the wall of the next building. Bathroom door when close will open by itself. There's no hot water during shower. The kettle and the air-condition is not working. The double bed is shaking and the bedsheets with black finger prints on it. Very disappointed and hope they will improve on the facilities. The only good was staff were friendly and the location is superb.

Close to KSL

Dirty bathroom and bedsheets, light not working, quite upset with the room condition as overall old smelly peeling off wallpaper.

good location, worth the price you pay.

i really love how it's just opposite ksl and behind the row of shops of food. it's really convenient and accessible. the room i got (deluxe room) was really spacious and the bed was comfortable. really worth it for the amount i paid! breakfast was quite nice as well even though not much variety to choose from. but not much channels on the tv and no hairdryer! other than that everything else is satisfactory (:
