Extrem schlechtey management und reception

Ich und eine angestellte des hotels hatten ein sensor beschädigt. Der ganze schaden wurde nur mir berechnet. Der stundenansatz entsprsch schweizer preisen . 5 minuten arbeit für rand 1200!Fragte für eine detailierte rechnung. Staff und management waren unfähig dies in 3 tagen für die versicherung zu erstellen. Warte heute noch darauf

The property has potential to be a great property. It is the little things that are not done well. For example we found a full Oreo cookie on the carpet under the footstool. The air conditioner popped all night very loudly about every 30 minutes and we were awakened.

Apartment was outdated and not clean. Very noisy and felt unsafe. Stayed here a few times over the years but will not be returning. Place is not maintained. Lots of minor issues that are not dealt with. Had to ask to be moved, again, as the the initial apartment was not acceptable.

Apartamento enorme porém precisa de manutenção

Pros: apartamento enorme e confortável, boa localização, funcionários prestativos, a recepção me deu um upgrade imediatamente devido a uma divergência na reserva (não havia twin beds conforme divulgado), porém foi resolvido na hora, onde tive um upgrade para apto de 02 quartos. Contras: Apartamento precisa de manutenção, o ralo dos dois banheiros estavam entupidos. Um dos quartos a janela é voltada para o corredor do prédio, não tem ar condicionado e não circula ar (terrível). Além disso, notei sujeira em toda a parte do quarto, atrás da mobília, travesseiros cheio de poeira que atacou minha rinite. A suíte é bacana porém o ar condicionado não funcionava direito, não desligava e fazia um barulho horrível a noite.

Harassment by the building manager, worst experien

The building manager was the worst manager I have ever met in my entire life. Upon arrival to the hotel at around 23h00, usual parking was full and I was allowed to park at a basement parking which had lots of spaces. However when I had to leave the parking ( uses thumb print to open) was suprised when the day securities would not open for me. Then this white man came to me, did not introduce himself and told me that I should ask whoever I booked accommodation with to come and assist me and he left just like that swearing. I was shocked I thought he was just a random mad person. Thank God that a certain gentleman who needed to pass opened gate for me. I had to ask the securities about the identification of the “ crazy man “and was informed me that he is the building manager “ Willy”. As a result I could not raise my complaint with him He had told me to call Hotels.com to assist me I have booked many hotels through Hotel.com and this was my worst experience I ended up being late for my business appointment because of being held hostage. I believe that he acted the way he did because I am a black woman The problem is not the accommodation ( it is reasonable and very comfortable) , it is the building manager.

Nice suite; strange location

The suite that we stayed in was very nice. The entrance to the hotel is odd and poorly marked. You enter through a parking garage and somebody in the parking garage checks your ID to make sure you're on the hotel list. You then go up to the 1st floor to check in to the hotel. It's a strange process, but once you get to the room, it is big and quite nice.

Atende as necessidades adequadamente

O apartamento é enorme para3 pessoas, uns 80 metros quadrados, 2 quartos e dois banheiros, além de sala e cozinha e sacada. Não tem cara de hotel, a entrada é pela garagem, com um porteiro, a recepção em outro andar, num pequeno espaço, tudo bem simplificado. A limpeza até não parece ruim porém apareceram duas pequenas baratas no banheiro. As camas são boas, lençóis de boa qualidade, vários travesseiros, banho de ótima qualidade. Achei bom o custo beneficio. O local fica perto de um pequeno shopping onde se pode ir caminhando para fazer as refeições ou compras no supermercado. Outras atrações são mais distantes e exigem carro pois Joanesburgo é uma cidade enorme.
