A localização é acima da grande escadaria de quando se entra na parte sul da ilha, o que torna menos cansativo ir e vir. Fui privilegiada com uma vista linda para o lago, tudo muito limpo e bonito, aquecedor, bom café da manhã e equipe gentil. Recomendo.

Beautiful hotel stunning view

We were greeted by name by our hostess, Señora Domitila, as we walked up to Casa de Luna... it is quite a hike from the port with multiple stops to rest due to the altitude. Go straight up and to the right (multiple times) and ask a few people where Casa de la Luna is on the way. The hotel is beautiful with a stunning view of the lake. Our room was large and comfortable. WIFI is spotty but that is the case for the entire island. Breakfast was eggs fruit bread juice and a warm beverage in a large room with a wall of windows looking out at the view. Despite the cold and rainy weather we really enjoyed our stay.

No frills Isla del sol b&b

Located at the entrance of Yumani, this b&b offered exactly what is said: a clean room with a nice view and a private bathroom and not much else. No electricity on the island the 1st night so no heat and no hot water but plenty of warm blankets. Despite the electrical working the next day, hot water remained elusive.. and internet remained theoretical. Friendly but disengaged staff, room was not “cleaned” during our stay. For $49/night you may be able to do better on the island. Did not disappount but nothing to get excited about. Good, repetitive, breakfast.

A stunning spot but be aware it's a hike to this hotel and cases would be too heavy so just take a small pack.

OK hotel but need improve

The hotel doesnt have any information to how get into, we arrived at night time and was very hard to find it, and no lights or signs we had to ask and walk for an hour to find it. the room wasnt the one i booked, i booked a queen bed room and they give me a triple room, the room has lamps missing, like was the light bulb with cables and the bathroom need to be finished like have no door on the shower. i cant took hot shower and the calefaction at same time, but still have a beatiful view, a really good breakfast and the lady at the hotel was very friendly. i hope next time i come to the hotel is better.

Room was cold Hot water was not working Wifi only in the common area. Does not work most of the time Terrible mastress. Tenant did not to accommodate us and required us to leave the room at 10 am Expense for the service The only positive note is the view from the room

Lovely little hotel with fantastic view

Great hotel, fabulous view, clean room, quiet, clean. It is pretty high up, so prepare yourself to hike up there with your suitcases once you get off the boat. This is a cash only place, and there are no ATMs on the island, so make sure to have USD or SOL to pay for the room. Shower is "electric", probably like the rest on the island. Not the best thing but the view of the room and its cleanliness wins it all.

Wonderful view and wonderful ambient

We stayed 3 days there and we enjoy every Minute, Mrs. Domitila is a wonderful Person which makes even more easy to enjoy the hospitality she has. The view from our room to the See was beautiful as well as the confort that every room has with all Details. Thank you again Mrs. Domitila, we are going to come bak again

Un placer después de los 10 Km por el camino Inca.

Un placer, el disponer de una habitación y una cama formidable después de la caminata des del norte de la Isla del Sol. recomiendo cenar en el restaurante que se encuentra al frente del Hotel.

Um paraíso depois de tanto caminhar!

Tive a sorte de pegar um quarto recém construído. Cama excelente. E ainda deu uma pontinha de vista para o Lago. As atendentes são atenciosas. Café da manhã é limitado, mas gostoso. Pena que o acesso é difícil devido a subida do morro desde a praia que se chega pelos barcos. Não tem wifi nas habitações.

Spectacular view

An amazing little hotel situated on a moutainside with spectacular views of Lake Titicaca. Our room had one of the best views I've ever experienced. And it was nice, clean and cosy. The wifi didn't work though, because they had spend all their data. And there wasn't any hot water. The familie running the hotel is very nice and I would recommend the place. It is a bit expensive, but the location makes you forget about wifi and hot water.

The location, room and views were awesome but there was no wifi which was advertised (they had a dongle in the breakfast room but even that didn't work)

Convenient location; stunning views; helpful staff

This B&B-style hotel turned out to be an ideal starting point for exploring Isla del Sol. From the hotel grounds on a clear day, you get a stunning view of Lake Titicaca as well as snow-capped peaks of the cordillera off in the distance. Try going for an early-morning walk—the sunrise can´t be beat! In addition, the hotel is located near the center of Yumani; while it´s a steep hike up from the port, several decent restaurants are a short, easy walk away. Our room was simple but spotless clean. The bed was comfortable, and the heater unit worked great. Unfortunately, I didn´t get the hot shower I had been hoping for; I was only able to get the water temperature up to lukewarm. WiFi was available only in the common area and the staff asked us to keep use to a minimum, citing the hotel´s limited monthly data allotment. But this should come as no surprise if you´ve done much traveling in rural Bolivia. Overall, we were delighted with our stay. We were especially grateful for the extra efforts the staff made to accommodate us—they provided us with useful sightseeing tips, and even prepared an early breakfast for us on the morning of our departure.

Recomendado!

O quarto em que ficamos tinha uma vista extraordinária sobre o Lago e as montanhas adjacentes. Tinha grandes janelas e a estrutura do prédio era de madeira, fazendo dele um dos quartos mais bonitos em que já estivemos. O pequeno-almoço consistia em pão, manteiga, batido de banana, chá e ovos preparados pela dona do hotel. Tudo muito bom. O wifi só existe na zona do lobby/restaurante e não nos quartos.

Nice and friendly hotel.

Very nice little hotel with very friendly staff. Clean, good size room with heater and lots of hot water. Low tourist season so dinner not always available but lots of restaurant options around. Right in the main village.
