Friendly staff, room was clean and smelt lovely. Asked for the room to be cleaned (we stayed 4 nights, room was cleaned and bedding changed on 3rd day night) wasnt a problem at all.

No food available even thought it says restaurant, so misinformation, not good. Only 1 lager out of 3 available other 2 that i like not available. Rooms clean so thumbs-up. So my summary is that the campanile hotel, hull is just ok if you need somewhere to stay overnight and your not hungry or you want to relax with a drink.

Fine for a quick stop

Definitely wouldn't want to stay more than one night because the mattress was stiff and room wasn't spotless, but it was serviceable and in a good location

The hotel itself is a little dated but was clean and tidy throughout. The room was a reasonable size for a small double room, ideal as a base for exploring the city. There was tea and coffee making facilities available in the room for the morning. The bathroom although there was no shower cubicle as such did offer a bath with a shower curtain which was fine. As the water pressure from the in bath mixer tap was really good. Soap and shower gel were available via dispensers which was all you need. The only real minus with our room was that the mattress had seen better days and my wife ended up with a spring that did stick up a little and was a little lumpy. However overall for an economic stay in the city this hotel was very reasonable with cheap parking.

My key stopped working on the second day! The room was more then dated with holes on the bathroom wall, chips off the side tables and holes on the nets, left my room on the last morning for a member of staff to shout asking me why reception wast open, reception didn’t open till after 8.30am rather then 7am
