Due to Typhoon 8 in Hong Kong and all ground transportation was cancelled that I could not reach to hotel. But the hotel refuse to refund or change the date of my booking. Quite upset.

酒店整潔度嚴重不足，居然在床上出現超大蟑螂！！設施殘舊，到處破損，發霉，有如賓館級數。員工態度亦未如理想，很難想像這是原價2000多元的酒店。不會再來。

냉장고는 없지만 편안하게 숙박했습니다. 지하철은 멀지만 트램, 버스타는 곳은 가깝습니다. 제일 큰 문제는 도로변이라 차지나가는 소리가 들린다는 점입니다.

Conveniently located hotel at very reasonable cost

Very helpful in arranging early check-in. Service from Reception and Room Service staff very good and prompt. Room good size with choice of 2 single or 1 double bed. No bar or restaurant in hotel but plenty within walking distance. Prime shopping areas in Causeway Bay and Wanchai a short walk away.Convenient for transport. Bus stops at door and opposite. Tram stops a very short walk away. 5 to 7 mins walk to Causeway Bay and Wanchai MTR.

Room was very rundown and old. Chipped paint, cracked walls with duct tape, and insect on the bed. Worse part: even though the DND sign was hung outside, they kept calling every day to ask if I needed room service. Hello? Do not disturb means DO NOT DISTURB!
