This is a nice location for taking advantage of nearby hiking. It’s near enough to the lake to take advantage it’s coolness. They even had a charcoal grill! It’s on our list to stay at again.

It was located in a ideal area for exploring the north shore of Lake Superior. Enjoyed the view, quietness and room. We chose a room with the jacuzzi tub and fireplace. Great for cool fall weather.

Family Trip Up North

Family trip to visit several stops along Lake Superior. Short distance from Fr. Baraga's Cross (we spent a lot of time on the beach there), Cross River, and Temperance River State Park (great trail along the river). Easy drive to Grand Marais. Very clean, comfortable beds, quiet surroundings. Entry code and instructions, as well as check out, were all communicated via text. Would recommend!

Very quiet. Hot tub was great. Missed not having a deck to enjoy the view. Some units did have this.

Nice spacious 2 queen bed unit, was clean and easy to get to and get in. I don’t think the listing mentioned that there’s a community fire pit and sauna, but there is. They have a key pad on the door and they email you the code (7 digits if I remember right) when it’s ready to check in. Had a microwave and a decent size mini fridge/ freezer that worked well. Would definitely stay again and it was in our price range.
