Tv had sound, no picture. Out side door didn't lock Toilet broke Pool needs cleaning Vending machine needs to be toped up Needs a facelift But i could make a last minute booking

The room was ok, the beds could do with an upgrade as they whey hard and the pillows or so could do with an upgrade as they were very flat and you had to fault and and half sort of sleep on them. Also make sure to have the same number of all the crockery as guests that are staying in the room

Not a good stay,

Very untidy room, damaged bathroom door, smelly room from smokers, ripped curtins for privecy, zero stars not to recomend

We didn’t get to stay here booked 2 nights , rang and confirmed 2 days before than when we arrived NYE at 6 pm told we had cancelled our accomodation ( which we had not ) they did give us $50 dollars for a cab fare . I wouldn’t stay here and I will never book through last minute ever again .

The managers are friendly and have done a great job trying to keep the premises clean and presentable. Property is old but comfortable.

pool area was good for the kids. my kids really enjoyed the slide. the room was very dissapointing. smoke alarm mising, found old yogurt packet behind couch, old food all down side of oven, water damaged kitchen cupboards, kitchen cupboard door falling off. lots of mould in shower, a/c in second room not working, ceiling fan not working. really needs to improve on maintenance and cleaning.

Not the Miami vibe we were looking for

Cheap and run down. Room was disappointing but the receptionist was very helpful and nice. Great laundry facility with washer (paid) and free dryer. Bathroom was renovated but must of missed the budget on a new door. Some of the permanent residents were a bit on the dodgy side. Wouldn’t recommend to bring the family unless they do some serious renovations.

The only thing going for the Motel is its location. Very run down and poorly maintained. The walls and doors had been somewhat "repaired" and patch painted different colours. The bedding on the main bed had cigarette burns through it quite a lot of happy juice stains. Don't expect a terribly hot shower either. Curtains don't exactly cover the huge glass sliding door peering into the entire room. The staff upon check-in were quite friendly, we did however receive a free room upgrade. Into the room I just described..

You get what you pay for. Car parks seem to be taken quickly and a noticeable lack of Power points. However the pool was nice and overall it served its purpose :)

My children had sores on their finger tips from the edge of the pool. Another child at the motel warned e about the dangers of the pool as he had the same sores.

Starting with positives as it was a large space, clean and pleasant staff. Down side was the bathroom light didn’t work, blinds where broken and passers by could look into the bedroom and kitchen. The towel rail was hanging down and there was a hole in the bathroom door. Lots of noise above us during the night too.

room a/c was good as was tv no signal for wi /fi bed was reasonable very small room with to many nook& crannies which were which were very roughly finished, bathroom had been retiled and looked good no toilet paper no shower curtain sink tap was very loose with a dribble of hot water towel rail was partly missing tile floors throughout was damaged,

Couple of things would improve the rating no end - No mirror - toilet seat loose - shower head not secure - Supply milk so the tea/coffee making could be used Looked run down, but perhaps the owners are new and doing the place up? If place is being done up, then the owners are on the right road to success.
