"Property is great except for a couple of things. First they will provide you no points unless you book through Hyatt site. Also, they keeping pushing VPI club membership and we let them know we were not interested from the start. Pass that tons of seaweed on the beach, but they spend hours trying to get rid of it. Great food and service with shout out to Dario and Manuel at the pool. All the restaurants are above average and we really loved the French and Asian. They do custom lunch by the pool that rotates with options like blue fin tuna, tacos, Spanish and TX BBQ. I am from Texas and would advise skipping their BBQ. Lots of activities around the resort and in the pool. "

"Beautiful resort. We stayed on the adults side and as soon as you walk there is a large pond with koi fish and turtles in it. Staff was friendly and helpful. We got massages at the spa and my husband said it was the best massage he had ever had. The property grounds were beautiful with cute beach spots all over. Definitely coming back here and it is in the top running for our wedding location. "

"Our stay was great. The room was clean. We stayed in 802, we had partial view of ocean. Housekeeping was great. All the staff were very nice and helpful. I have a sea food allergy, they always told me what to stay away from or ensure to cook my dish separately. The nightly entertainment was great. Loved that activities are planned past 9pm. The night time foam party was so much fun. The day time pool parties are fun. The staff were so much fun, especially Ken. He is so funny and kept everyone involved. Aqua fitness was my favorite. The food was ok. But that's what I normally expect from a resort. Some things were better than others. My husband loved the rack of Lamb and the steaks at the buffet. I loved how the chilaquiles were made fresh per order and don't let them sit there to get soggy. In all we had a great time, we will definitely return. "
