The resort rooms are bit dated but very clean. It is in a perfect location and staff is wonderful. Hugo is the best!!!! He will take good care of you and bring your drinks to the beach.

This was and continues to be a great place to stay. My wife and I stay here each time we visit Aruba. Overall the all inclusive was great. I just wish there were more staff walking around asking if the all inclusive guests needed a drink or snack etc instead of having us go get it by getting out the pool etc. overall nothing else was bad about this resort.

This was my first time coming to Aruba so l was nervous, the hotel was very clean, the location is one of best it's in the center of all the activities, you walk outside and the beach is right there and a bunch of restaurants, bars and the mall right across the street. Rooms were clean. The price is a bit too high l think you can find something cheaper in the area with breakfast included and with similar. Overall good experience.

What a great place to stay specifically having access to the beach and the stores all at once. The best part was the cute cafe and the laundry area, really helped make my stay easier. I would recommend and I will be booking again when I return to Aruba

Very overpriced for meals and drinks. Suite was nice, but it should be for an extra $900 per week. Good location. Taxi rides expensive. Beach was nice but once you get in the water the bottom is either muddy or slimy.

Reynaldo at the front door was amazing. He greeted us each time we came or left. Helped with parking and luggage. Answered questions about the hotel or nearby offerings. Was just "down home" friendly and seemed to genuinely care about us. I have a cousin who visits Aruba regularly and stays at the Ritz. I think that is indulgent when the Holiday Inn offers such a comfortable facility right in the middle of so many shopping and eating options.
