The bungalow was small, the bathroom very old fashioned but functional. The manager/owner(?) was very helpful. The setting was quite nice.

Wunderschöne Anlage in herrlicher Lage. Das Personal ist sher hilfsbereit und sehr sympathisch. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

A real haven, very beautiful, felt very happy and secure there. Staff lovely and helpful with everything if and when needed. Couldn’t fault anything. Beaches and all places of interest, zoo, waterfalls, museums etc within a few minutes to an hour’s drive. Exquisite botanical gardens next door. Deshaies a lovely, clean, quiet and friendly town with bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlour, boulangerie/coffee shop and small supermarkets - all you need really!

Tropical environment. Very friendly staff. Spacious bungalows with nice large terrace with table and chairs to have meals outside. Calm and quiet surrounded by all kinds of birds. Totally recommend this place.

Super hôtel pour les amoureux de la nature

Un beau petit cottage tout en bois, au milieu de la jungle. Simple mais cosy. En revanche, nous avions des voisins un peu bruyant ce que nous avons trouvé dommage. Il manque un peu d'ambiance autour de la piscine, pas de bar, de musique.

Ferienfeeling pur!

Für eine Woche Ferien auf Guadeloupe buchten wir als Unterkunft ein Bungalow im Jardin des Colibris in der Nähe von Deshaies an der Westküste. Wir waren äusserst zufrieden mit unserem Bungalow "Soleil jaune". welches einfach, aber zweckmässig und auch liebevoll eingerichtet war. Ruhige Lage, am Abend bzw die ganze Nacht haben uns die Zykaden in den Schlaf gezirpt und am Morgen wurden wir durch krähende Hähne geweckt, man fühlte sich irgendwo in einer Dschungeloase. Auch erwähnenswert die absolut kompetenten und äusserst hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterinnen an der Reception, sowohl Vanessa als auch Charlotte sorgten für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und versorgten uns mit Tipps für Aktivitäten in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung. Fazit: sofort wieder!
