I ended up getting bed bug bites on my left leg. 8 bites. I didn't feel comfortable at the hotel.

The staff was not prepared an my reservation was transferred to another hotel without informing me, and the hotel that i was transferred to couldn't accommodate all of the amenities of the originally hotel. Overall there was poor communication an confusion

I didn’t like the area, no housekeeper, no heater, microwave handle was broken, the staff was unattended, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, I was very disappointed 😔

Cheap but conveniently located.

The room wasn't updated but it was clean. There weren't any pots, pan or dishware. The stove top didn't get hot enough which increased cooking time. The shower didn't get hot. The proximity to the train station was a nice consolation. Location! Location!

Not clean at all, the staff were not kind. Need to asked twice for kitchen amenties and the ladies was really aggressive. Just have one pan, one glass, a spoon a knife and a plate. Usually I had great experience in Extended Stay but not at this one

People asking for money or to cash app them!!! No one at front desk to help in. Door was locked and couldnt even get into lobby! No hot water!!! People sitting out in cars in blankets, smoking, and cops constantly coming in and out. And that all happened within the hour of me trying to check in. I am still in shock.

Room was terrible. Nothing like the pictures. I don’t even know why they have this hotel on Expedia. Very unsafe. There was a lot of illegal activities going on on the property. Holes in walls doors and couch. People fighting outside. Left after 15 minutes of being in the room.

We immediately left this hotel and went to another. It was seedy with cops patrolling the parking lot. We then go through twice.

Didn’t expect a lot of construction around the area. Property was a bit outdated. Amenities had to be asked for at the front desk while visiting other Stay America all amenities were in the room. Now I don’t know if this is new but they clean your room for a fee, never seen that before. Refrigerator was turned off so we had to turn it on and made a loud noise.

As soon as we drove up to the property, it had people hanging out on the balconies, sitting on the steps and folks dancing in the parking lot among illegal transactions activities in broad daylight, we knew then this was not the place for us

I got to the front office and the door was locked. They had a phone to call the front desk after hours. I called and a woman answered and said sorry we don’t have any rooms. I told her I had a reservation through Expedia. She said I would need to contact Expedia and ask for a refund because they didn’t have any rooms. Very inconvenient at midnight when you’ve used an Uber to get somewhere. On hold with Expedia now, hoping they make this all right.

Hotel closed due to plumbing

Hotel canceled my booking due to the plumbing issues, and didn’t inform me until my arrival. I want a full refund. I was stranded with my kids 5 hours away from home. I stayed with a lady, because I couldn’t find another room. The Lady was kind enough to give us somewhere to sleep

TERRIBLE experience!!!

We went to check in and our reservation was given away because “we’re full”. Our family spent the entire day moving my son from Abilene to Dallas and were exhausted. Being told at 10pm we don’t have a place to stay was infuriating-we received no email notification prior and were left with the prospect of searching around for another hotel room or driving 4 hours back home with my wife and other child. Can’t really put into words how terrible that experience was.

No breakfast or gym as advertised. Everything broken from the front door lock to the toilet paper holder and everything in between! See pics! Also, seems to be a part of some kind of rehab clinic as they have some extended stay visitors there that do drugs…

Check in was a mess! The room I booked was not available (along with 12 other rooms) due to plumbing issues. They sent me to their other location across the street and had to wait over 4hrs to get a room. We did not receive the accomodations I paid for. While waiting for a room there was plenty of time to see some pretty unsavory folks lingering in and around the building. Pretty sure I will not stay there ever again.
