almost entrance to old town area and very convenient for walk around. This is not hotel but small homestay, so room and facility are not so high grade. staffs are so kind. day time is noisy with traffic and bikes but in the night tite was very quite. I am very OK here ,thank you.

The accommodation is perfect. We had a room with a balcony. The owners are lovely and helpful ! The location is perfect in the old but quiet neighborhood. For excursions, scooter rent or advices, the owners are always helpful and available. It is very clean all the services are nearby next to the pedestrian street in the pedestrian street. I highly recommend.

nice family running a small travel agency 2 rooms are located above the shop at the rear ,room is above the family courtyard and is calm, accomodation is basic but exactly according the description, clean very close from the walking area. the family can rent bikes and arrange tour and train tickets if needed. breakfast on request

Good and friendly

The room we originally occupied was hot when we arrived but cooled in the evening. We were offered a larger room with a better air conditioning unit for the remainder of our stay which was much more comfortable. Choice of breakfast was good and well presented and we were well looked after with helpful advice and access to trips.

The rooms do not resemble the publicity photo. The family are very welcoming. Access is extremely difficult as the stairs are very steep and narrow.

We loved our time at Nha Lan Homestay. The family who runs the place are so nice and made us feel like family. Breakfast was made each morning at our requested time and our room, which was on the second floor in the front, had a lovely balcony overlooking the street. As a bonus, this family has been hosting people and booking tours for years. Don't use an app, use their booking services. They can help with all the popular tours, plus Laundry and postal service. They are a true one stop place for all of your travel needs. The location is perfect, in the old town, but right on the edge so it's easy to access the Beach, and other parts of Hoi An by bike, Grab car, or walking! Will definition stay there again when I'm in Hoi An.

15年ぶりのホイアンでしたが、 オヤジさん、お母さん、おねえさんが すごく親切でフレンドリーやったし、 朝ごはんも美味しかったです！ ただ、シャワーはお湯は出なかったけど・・・。 夏場やったから、あまり気にならなかったけど。 またホイアンに来て、ゆっくりするときには、 ここに泊まりたいなぁって思いました☆彡

La famille qui a le homestay est très gentille. Les déjeuners sont cuisinés à tous les matins et sont excellents. La chambre est petite. J'ai trouvé ça très bruyant jusqu'à tard le soir. Emplacement parfait car on est directement dans la vieille ville.

日中にタオルを替えていなかったこと。朝、クリーニングに出したら仕上がりが翌朝だったこと。冷蔵庫に入った飲み物は安いが、外出時には電源が落ちてしまうため、部屋に戻ってから再び冷えるまで時間がかかること。両替のレートは他と比べ、最も良かった。

Very friendly hosts all speak English. Smoothly pickingup from Da-nang. Delicious and various breakfast menu. Small and local building but well cleaned woody room contains big window and pretty balcony,was bright and so comfortable. One thing better to worry about is a bug appeared from under the bed which wasn't a cockroach. ローカルな民宿ですが、清潔ですし、嫌みのないおしゃれさでとても居心地が良かったです。敷地の中央部分は屋根がなく、吹き抜けになっている食事スペースになっており(雨が降ると可動式屋根が登場。)、自然光の下で食事ができます。のんびりさせてもらいました！ ダブルサイズベッドルームで1人宿泊でしたが、2人でも余裕はありそうな広いお部屋。ツインルームも向かいにあり見せてもらいましたが、裏の池(沼？)を一望できて風通しが良さそうでした。 女将さんと娘さんは日本人にも慣れているようで、色々と声をかけてくれて優しくしていただきました。夜、ベッドの下からひょっこりまあまあ大きな虫が1匹現れましたが、またベッドの下に戻っていきそのまま出てこず(笑)ゴキではなかったのであまり気にしなかったのですが、苦手な人は用心した方がいいかも。風呂はもちろんシャワーのみ、トイレと一体化型です。ドライヤー、バスタオル、フェイスタオル完備。ハミガキセット、シャンプー類は簡易的なものでした。 ホイアン旧市街地を中心に過ごすなら、エリアのど真ん中にあり融通をきかせてくれるこの宿をおすすめします。
