Realmente las instalaciones del hotel se muestran con poco mantenimiento, hay deterioro de las instalaciones La habitación no contaba con frigobar, las opciones de poder comer en el hotel muy restringidas por temas de aforo. Por el nivel de tarifa no guarda relaciòn vs el servicio

Mal servicio restaurante aiken

El personal propio del hotel tiene mucha disposición pero tanto el personal del restaurante aiken como el que esta en el interior del casino son bastante pocos displicentes, por ejemplo el dia martes 18 concurri a las 21:30 hrs para coordinar un servicio de torta con una botella de champagne para las 00;00 y no se me brindo asistencia pues la persona que se quedaba hasta las 2 am para el servicio a la habitación estaba de vacaciones, finalmente tuve que regresar a la recepcion para que ellos coordinaran el servicio, lo solicite para las 00.00 y lo llevaron a las 23 hrs. Ahora a las 22:30 se suscito otra situación quisimos con mi novia cenar en el restaurante aiken y la encargada dijo que ya el buffet estaba cerrado siendo que el anfitrion ya nos habia pedido los pase de movilidad , temperatura y habiamos hecho ingreso al comedor, me parecio muy extraño que siendo las 22:30 no nos atendieran aun cuando al momento del check in te informan que restaurante funciona hasta las 00.00 y el service room es hasta las 1:30. Tambien es bastante llamativo que al ser huesped del hotel cada ves que vas al restaurante al desayuno, almuerzo o cena te pidan pase de movilidad y cedula. Lo mismo para el ingreso al casino. deberian tener esta información en linea para facilitar el ingreso de los huespedes.

Staff were friendly even though vey few spoke any English (not their fault...ours for not speaking Spanish!). The restaurant buffet in the evening was very good. Room was clean and a very good size. Great views from the hotel!
