This property was great there are lots of dining options and grocery stores within a 5 min walk. Also close to bus routes and the train to travel north into the city further. I felt safe in the area and there was a great view from the window. The beds were also super comfy

We loved staying here! Check-in was very clear and easy, the apartment was clean and cute, and there were great places to eat just around the corner! Our only suggestion would be to have better window shades, or frost more of the windows. We didn't feel like we had the most privacy at night if we had the lights on in the apartment, and our window was up against the courtyard and stairway.

Close to soldier field and northerly island for events, instructions for access were communicated very well and easy to understand. The only complaint I have is the sofa bed, the mattress is not conducive to sleep on.

This Sonder property in Chicago’s South Loop was a pleasant stay. The apartment was well equipped with a full kitchen, as well as nice views. It is located close to a grocery store, some nice restaurants and the Roosevelt station, allowing easy access to the CTA orange, green and red lines. I would consider staying here again on a future visit to Chicago.

Our trip to Chicago and our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From an easy check-in and check out and also a central location too many attractions and activities. A quick walk to the train and the bus. Very close to a market too!!! The view was outstanding!! We will return. Thank you Sonder for going above and beyond!

We love staying at this location. The unit is modern, clean, well-furnished, and fully-appointed. Just a short walk to the Roosevelt L station makes it a short ride to the loop and museums, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Room has a lot of ants

Nice room and location. However our unit was crawling with ants. A LOT of ants. Housekeeping came and wiped down the ants one day but all the ants came back after a couple hours. The hotel stopped responding about the ant situation after our second complaint.

Aside from some mildew around the tub, some stains on the linens (although they were clean) and no washcloths I did really like the unit. It was cozy and had ample room for the 2 nights I was there. The noise of the L was a bit much but if you bring a travel fan or use a noise app on your phone that will help. The big windows could definitely use heavier shades to drown out the light for those of us who would like to sleep in on vacation 😭

I really love the bathroom in the main bedroom very nice and water pressure was great. The only negative thing was the walls in the apartment were dirty when we came in and I know there have been other guest before but it didn’t really bother me. Everything was great very clean and would book again
