The pictures are nothing like the actual property. This condo needs a lot of help, it’s old and run down. We were looking forward to some grilling but the grill was old and didn’t work. The tv controller had no batteries. The place didn’t smell good or feel clean. AC was really loud and the fire alarm went off at 1am in the morning. The pots and pans in the kitchen were old and in bad condition. None of the blinds worked. I do not recommend and will not stay there again.

It took 3 days for manager to get the A/C to work. She acted like it was my problem. Check-out procedure did not work - noone answered the phone. Elevator did not work when we were leaving.

Perfect for our family and loved having everything we needed for our family to cook at home. The kids loved it too

Wouldn’t stay again

Disappointed that the photos are not all of the unit we stayed in. It’s misleading. I chose this unit because of specific pictures. When we arrived, we were surprised that this particular unit was not like some of the ones in the pictures. Everything needs updating and lots of repairs. Blinds don’t open, patio door doesn’t close properly, patio seating is very uncomfortable, couch and bed is old! Beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. Hand soap was watered down and empty. Really disappointed especially mid Covid and with the price of the cleaning fee!

Comfy Condo

Overall loved the location of this condo. Loved the comfort of this condo. What we didn’t like, was being charged $195 in condo fees. The key codes, were suppose to work for the pool too. We had to contact the property manager to get a key for the pool.

Lake life

The condo was in a good location with a great view of the lake! 2 bedrooms and a Murphy bed was perfect for 3 adult friends on vacation!

The property itself was nice. I like how close we were to the lake and it was within walking distance to town. However, the parking was difficult. They had a whole garage open and had 2 SUV's parked right next to each other in compact parking. Thats not fun with kids in tote. Also i got this room for the pool bc the weather was unpredictable and it was closed 3 of the 4 days we were there. No one was in the office to talk to about it.

Not what we expected

We were planning a weekend to enjoy the snow and ski/sled. We arrived on Friday afternoon and there was no snow so that was a little disappointing. The instructions for finding the parking garage was poor as well as how to actually open the door. The email mentioned a lockbox and keys and returning them at the end of our stay. There is no keys and absolutely no lockbox. There is a pin pad that is used to open the door so we had to call the business to figure out how to open the door. Once we were inside the surface areas looked amazing. When you looked closer you could see the place looked touched up and was not clean at all. It was really gross to see pillows thrown all over the living room/ dining room floor. We left them that way all weekend because I thought it was gross. There was used tissues under the beds and behind the night stands. There was food, popcorn on the floor and was not vacuumed. The bathroom in the master suite doesn’t drain while you shower so you get to wade in other peoples dirty water as you try to clean your body. The bed in the front room was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on and the bed sounded like it was going to fall apart every time you moved or sat on it. Your feet are higher than your head. I don’t think the amount we paid matched what we actually got so that was a little disappointing. The rest of the weekend was fun but would rather go when the weather is warm and there is actually something else to do, Besides cleaning!

The property was pretty and clean and the location was perfect. Two can openers were broken, and a leg of dining chair was broken, so if they can replace them, it would be perfect inside the room. However, the check in process wasn't communicated until we arrived at the property even though we called them on that day, they didn't explain that I needed a pass code getting into the property. When we arrived at the property, we realized that there is not a check in desk. We had to call them again and they sent me an email details how to get into the property. I'm glad that my cell phone had a little more battery to be able to check my email. I wish they or Expedia would have sent me the email a day before our arrival about how to get into the room. Our room was clean and we had a nice time there, but the check in process made me put 4 stars instead of 5.

Location was great. Keycode access so we didn't have to worry about a physical key. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

This unit was advetised as having 2 King beds, it actually had full/queen beds. The air conditioning did not work, garbage disposal was so rancid that it made entire condo smell, washer did not work, bathroom light burnt out and maintenance person could not replace it, closet door broken, threshold between bedroom and bathroom loose creating trip hazard, rug in living room curled also creating trip hazard, extra pillows did not have any pillow cases, only 2 washclothes in bathroom, and wall damage in bedroom. Could not cook in condo or open blinds because both would make condo even hotter.

The condo was perfect. Comfortable beds, close to lake, water slides and jet ski rental. It felt like home.

No curtains on second bedroom. Terrible construction quality, people upstairs sounded like elephants!

Check-in was easy but for one thing: entry email did not indicate unit #. I had to guess it from the other information provided. Unit itself is excellent: well-maintained, reasonably well equipped kitchen. Was able to prepare meals there no problem. Full channel lineup and TV works fine. Nice back balcony with room for 2.
