La atención de las chicas en recepción fue muy buena, el aso en las habitaciones es bueno y fue a diario.. El aso en la cocina es muy malo... Fuimos a preparar el almuerzo y al usar las olla estaban sucias llenas de comida y agua que olían mal. El desayuno fue el mismo por 9 días... No nos permitían variar, por esto nos toco compara y hacernos desayunos...si mejoran el área de cocina en aseo y precentacion seria un lugar de 10...

The staff is super nice very welcoming. The location is not the most convenient you will have to pay at least 6,000 to 8,000 Colombian pesos to get to touristy area. Other than that the neighborhood is safe and staff very kind.

Buena la atención

Es buena la atención, la habitación es limpia, cómoda, es un pequeño hotel que en su categoría está bien, es muy sencillo, el entorno es tranquilo, con facilidad para llegar al centro en autobús, el personal siempre atento a ayudarte; te sirven un desayuno típico de la costa de Colombiana y está bien.

excentré mais sympa pour arriver en ville

Difficile à trouver pour certains taxis : indiquer "près de la sociedad portuaria". Pas de table ni de chaise dans la chambre, magasin à 300 mètres pour faire des courses. Un peu loin du centre ville mais ambiance latina et familiale, plus sympa que dans les backpackers du quartier Getsemani, très touristique. L'hôtel est très récent et devrait s'améliorer dans les mois à venir. Le point noir : pas de lumière du jour dans les chambres.

small, free coffee, close to the Port

The room and bathroom were really small. It was hot with only a fan and no AC, so it wasn't very comfortable. But, it was very close to the port which is useful if you're shipping your car to Cartagena, Colombia. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Strong, delicious Colombian coffee was free for consumption in the lobby. The best part about the hotel was right outside the door: locals were selling delicious street food and hanging out.

Tres son las características principales que siempre busco en un hotel: limpieza, seguridad y trato del personal; el hotel es muy barato y austero, pero en su categoría me parece que es el mejor, si eres un aventurero y solo buscas pasar la noche pues me basta, la habitación era muy pequeña, las habitaciones y los pasillos estaban muy limpios, y el personal siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos, quizá le falta poner un armario para que puedas colgar tu ropa y quizá algunos enchufes mas para cargar tus celulares, la zona es tranquila, hay pocos negocios a su alrededor, por el día hay muchos camioneros que aparcan sus camiones cerca, pero a pesar de eso puedo decir que me pareció un lugar seguro, al centro puedes llegar con facilidad, en bus te cuesta casi menos de un dólar el trayecto y llegas en 10 minutos aproximadamente . Nos dieron un desayuno muy simple; pero no se puede esperar mas si el precio es muy barato.
