Conveniently situated in Cardiff Gate services providing easy access to both the M4 and A48. Spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast options are limited but quality is good and plentiful. Overall great value for money.

Good stay for those passing through

Checking in was easy, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room is tired and basic, it was fine for a single night but it is in need for a refresh in my view. There was a large unused space in the corner of the room, and while the room and bathroom were clean both do need a refresh (new tiles, grouting etc).

Just off the Motorway, plenty of parking and several fast food outlets and a petrol station within a 5 minute walk . This does mean there is some noise but the double glazing was excellent . Friendly helpful staff .

Good stay - What I expect from the ACCOR group.

Look - I know this is an IBIS so you are not going to get all the whistles and bells, but it is an ACCOR group hotel, so the accommodation standards are high like they are with all this groups hotels. We were welcomed by the lovely team to a spacious and bright reception/lobby area. Check-in was less than a minute. The room was very clean, of good size with comfy bed and a clean bathroom. Didnt have breakfast because we were meeting family in town. I travel extensively for work. I would stay here again without hesitation.

A good stay

Our stay was good. The one thing that has stuck with me is how fantastic the staff are, they can't do enough for you, so I am grateful dor that. Rooms could do with an extra pillow. We paid for breakfast on the morning and it wasn't the most amazing quality (apart from the sausages), so that needs looking at. Everything we needed was there. Good location.
