Umiarkowana jakość i cena

Hotel zlokalizowany jest w miejscu bardzo łatwo dostępnym, z darmowym parkingiem zarówno bezpośrednio przy hotelu jak i w pobliżu - największy plus. Odległość od centrum to ok 10km więc trzeba korzystać z dojazdu autobusem lub samochodem. Pokój - klimatyzacja nie działa. Troszkę ciasny na 3 osoby. Łazienka akceptowalna ale niski standard, prysznic nie ma kabiny ani kotary i woda rozlewa się po całej łazience - jest ciągle mokro. WiFi w pokoju bardzo słabe. Hotel - reklamowany basen nie działa (niby jakaś awaria). Śniadania - poziom średni, można coś zjeść ale nie ma zbyt dużego wyboru. Sam hotel lepiej wygląda na zdjęciach niż w rzeczywistości.

La clim ne fonctionnait pas la piscine ne fonctionnait pas la télévision ne fonctionnait pas ou très mal il faisait très chaud obligé d'ouvrir la porte de la chambre et la fenêtre et le petit déjeuner exécrable médiocre et énormément de bruit dans la rue voiture tuning il faisait la course un bruit pas possible

BAD

I booked the hotel mainly because it has gym and swimming pool. I sent email and even texted them through hotel.com regarding their fitness facilities and there was no respond. At the time I arrived there, the staff just told me that everything is out of order...they are doing cleaning or something. Well...if I knew it in advance, I wouldn't book this hotel since it's really far away from the city center. I booked for 4 nights but then I checked out immediately after 1 night. It doesn't make sense for me to stay somewhere that is far from the center and got nothing.

Einrichtung alt,schäbig. Unter Zimmerreinigung verstehen die nur den Abfall zu entsorgen, sonst nicht. Badetücher werden nicht mal dann gewechselt wenn man die auf dem Boden legt. Vorhang sowohl im Zimmer wie im Treppenhaus staubig und zerrissen. Die Kunstblumen im Gang und Restsurant sind staubig,alt und schäbig. Frühstück ist jeden Tag gleich, Besteck oft drecking. Das Personal ist zwar mit wenige Ausnahmen freudlich und hilfsbereit.

Medencés hétvége helyett NUDLI

Nem használhattuk a medencét és a bowlingot, pedig csak emiatt foglaltam ezt a szállást és benne volt az árba! Csak ott szembesültünk vele, hogy nem lesz medencézés. Hideg volt a szobába, a párom meg is fázott. Vékony volt a takaró és nem volt szőnyeg csak a hideg padló. A 2. reggel meg semmi svédasztalos reggeli, megkérdezték kérünk e rántottát? Többet ide nem megyünk! Semmi kompenzálást nem kaptunk!! Bunkó volt a hotel vezetője. Fölényesen beszélt.

Sajnos a tisztasággal nem voltam megelégedve lehetne az ágynémüt kicserélni ki volt cserélve de a kosz bele volt ölve szürke volt nem fehér az étterem is koszos volt amikor szoltam a pincérnek ,hogy szedje már le az asztalt azt mondta egyedül van és most ment el egy 150 személyes csoport a recsepciosok kedvesek voltak de sajnos oda is amikor beléptem büdös volt,hogy honnan jöt a szag a konyhából nemtudom de amikor már mentem el szellöztetett a recepcios és kabát volt rajta ,hogy meg ne fázzon mert megjegyeztem neki ,hogy tud ebbe a büdösbe ülni

Matresses very old and worn out (springs coming through). No resteraunt and the food hall across the road totaly inappropriate. Thank God for Tescos where we were able to buy a picnic and some beers. Breakfast was a joke.

A tisztaság fèl egèszsèg!

A szobára ráfèrt volna egy alapos takarítás.... (fültisztító, ès zippzár húzó volt a padlón, a lámpán, tükrön vastagon állt a por! A fűrdőszobában a csaptelepek vízkövesek voltak, a zuhanytál szèle penèszes!!!!!!!!!! A szobába belèpve büdös volt... ja hab a tortán, hogy az ágyban, noha azt hittem egyedül alszom, de nem, reggel egy bogár masírozott. Szóval a reggeli pocsèk.....

Nice hotel with great transportation system

I had a very good stay at the polus hotel the staff are very nice and helpful regarding places to see and do helping you to travel details on how to get to places by public transport and the restaurant staff were always nice and happy to help you at breakfast

Séjour pratique

Hôtel certe situé loin du centre ville, mais très bien desservi par les transports en commun. Comptez environ 20 minutes de trajet. Situé près d'un centre commercial, le parking est très facile. Les chambres aurait besoin d'un coup de fraîcheur et la literie serait bonne à changer. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.

Unfreundlicher personal und Inkompetenze Expedia

Unfreunliche personal und unkompetenze Expedia mit arbeiter die für uns falsch Zimmer gebucht haben. Und keine lösung gefunden haben. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von Expedia und wütend auf Hotel Personal die über unsere Not, Geld verdienen wollte. Ps: das Zimmer habe ich nicht gesehen aber ohne Zimmer Bewertung dürfte ich nicht Bewertung senden

Lejos del centro, y un desastre de hotel

Para empezar el hotel esta bastante alejado del centro en transporte publico. Dicho esto, me parece que hai opciones mejores por un precio similar. El hotel es un desastre, tres estrellas?enserio?no merece ni una. El mobiliario de la habitacion estaba en malas condiciones, ducharse se convierte en toda una odisea, pues la ducha al no tener mampara, literalmente se inunda todo el cuarto de baño. El aire acondicionado no funciona, con lo que una estancia en meses calurosos se convierte en un infierno. El desayuno realmente malo, cafe asqueroso, los zumos son agua de colores, solo hai salchichas, asi que recomiendo desayunar en una cafeteria cercana al hotel que ademas tiene buenos precios. Como punto extremadamente negativo es que cobran 4eu por wifi al dia aunque no lo uses!!!, una broma de mal gusto que no he visto en mi vida y suplemento 1,50eu por noche por persona. No recomiendo en ningun caso hospedarse en este hotel, avisados estais.

Great location friendly service

First time in Budapest, great location, only 5 km away from everything there is to do do in the city and 2 km from the thermal bath. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Room needs improvement but not too bad regardless staff will do everything to make your stay comfortable. Having a balcony w the room was a big plus.

good if you cheap and no frills

Very dark down halls at night time. Had to press staff to get extra pillows after housekeeping left for day and to get a corkscrew to open a blttle of wine. Sheets torn and pulled off of bed when sleeping.

Hotel bon rapport qualité - prix.

Hotel pour petit budget. Bon rapport qualité prix, mais je le déconseille car beaucoup...... beaucoup trop loin du centre ville....
