Lage ist sehr gut gleich am Radweg. Leider sind die Zimmer ganz besonders der Fußboden sehr sehr dreckig. Beim Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl und das Personal war ständig hinterher.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Schade war nur, dass bei den sehr heißen Temperaturen die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht funktionierte. Ansonsten können wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

The location of the property is excellent, however, I stayed for four days and three nights but never had any access to wifi in my room or in the hotel lobby, there was some kind of breakdown but it affected my stay and work

Das Frühtücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und qualitativ schön und gut, auch dessen Zeitraum. Das Zimmer war in unserem Fall in der ersten Etage zum Parkplatz hin, dort waren auch die Facilities und somit war es leider früh schon laut. Ansonsten waren wir mit der Sauberkeit des Zimmers zufrieden von der Einrichtung und den Zimmersäuberungen nicht beeindruckt und es war dennoch zufriedenstellend.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Umgebung dafür aber traumhaft direkt an der Havel. Es gibt eine Beachbar u eine Pizzeria, welche sehr gut war. In die Innenstadt war es zu Fuß auch nicht so weit. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und das Personal wirklich super nett. Wenn man sein Zimmer nicht täglich hat reinigen lassen, gab es als Überraschung morgens Corny Müsliriegel im Säckchen an der Tür. Man könnte etwas Geld in eine Renovierung stecken. Alles in Allem waren wir trotz der Schönheitsmängel sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten auch ein Zimmer mit traumhafter Aussicht über die Havel auf Hermannswerder.

Tolles Hotel fürs Wochenende

Erstklassige Lage, die Zimmer soweit in Ordnung. Aber es gab nicht mal einen Fön, nicht mal an der Rezeption !! Leider alle Restaurants in der Nähe überfüllt. Aber wenn man das weiß, fährt man sowieso in die Stadt. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel fürs Wochenende. Und gut gelegen für Radfahrer.
