Refeição no hotel é péssima, poucas opções é completamente fria, faltou cuidado. Após minha reclamação, acabaram não cobrando, mas deixou muito a desejar. As tomadas do quarto, todas muito antigas e sem adaptadores. Fiquei impossibilito de usar o computador para trabalhar.

Péssimo local

Chegamos no local nós levamos para o quarto errado falei que não era o que eu comprei me levaram novamente pro quarto errado , a banheira em péssimo estado o lençol cheio de marcas de queimado sujeira a banheira tinha cabelo dentro , e para redimir ao meu prejuízo me mandaram um prato de feijoada . Paguei 210 reais em um quarto de 150 reais , um absurdo como fazem com os hóspedes não tem controle nenhuma quando fui fazer chekin me compraram outro valor sendo que já tinha pago . Péssimo não recomendo

o hotel é enorme, costuma ter eventos grandes. Bem perto dele fica o atacadão, carrefour e uma churrascaria. O hotel tem uma estrutura grande, porém mal conservada e aparentemente sem manutenção regular. Os móveis são um pouco velhos. A torneira da pia estava estragada. O bar da piscina fica fechado. A garagem paga à parte. o cafe da manhã é bom. os atendentes são agradáveis e atenciosos. O sinal de internet e ruim, e o de telefone também.

Sobre o hotel: O hotel está com pouca manutenção e possui uma estrutura grande, me parece que foi um ótimo hotel no passado. Alimentação: O café da manhã não é bom. Se melhorarem o café poderá ser um bom atrativo. Limpeza: deixou a desejar. Não limparam meu quarto em um dos dias, e a limpeza da área comum poderia ser melhor. Sobre o quarto: ele tem um bom tamanho, mas falta manutenção. Sobre os funcionários: o da recepção não foi muito cordial, os do restaurante estão de parabéns. Localização: fácil acesso.

Good and affordable.

Very cheap with great free breakfast. I liked it a lot. Quite big too. Clean but not very well managed. In fact not managed at all at swimming pool or other gym facilities. I think they better close them down. There is one big Carrefour accross road. It takes 15 min to accross. I think if you're looking for a business trip in this area with a car rent, it is a perfect spot

Decepcionante. Fiz a reserva para ficar hospedado neste hotel, pois participei de um evento ocorrido lá. Para minha surpresa, no check in, fui informado que por falta de vaga disponível, seria realocado no Intercity Expo BH, um hotel distante do local do evento. Portanto, não tenho como avaliar um estabelecimento no qual não fiquei hospedado. Decepcionante. Dificilmente retorno.

Fiz a minha reserva em agosto do ano de 2018 para o mês de abril/2019, reservei neste hotel, pois ia participar de um evento, para a minha desagradável supresa após o pagamento no balcão fui informado que o hotel estava cheio e que iriam me alocar em outro hotel situado em outra cidade, o que me causou transtorno e perdi parte do evento, sem falar que a diaria no hotel que fui alocado era bem mais baixa que paguei, e mesmo o hotel sabendo que estava cheio me cobrou antes de dizer, detalhe não fui o unico nesta situação. Enviei um email relatando o acontecimento e não me responderam, um absurdo

Os funcionários são educados, o recepcionista, atencioso. O local é otimo, possue um excelente área que infelizmente não aparenta ser valorizada. No momento do check-in fomos direcionados para um quarto que não correspondia ao descrito no anuncio do expedia, voltamos a recepção e sem nenhum problema fomos remanejamos, mas no outro quarto tbm percebi que não era igualmente como no anuncio. dessa vez relevei, mas deixo minha dica para que fiquem atentos a isso, pq embora o atendimento tenha sido maravilhoso, essa questão do quarto foi algo desagradavel e pesou na minha avaliação

Hotel de ótima localização e de fácil acesso!

Hotel grande e de uma imponência muito legal. De fácil acesso e com uma localização muito bacana, fica ao lado da rodovia Fernão Dias e na entrada de BH. Com relação aos quartos são bons, porem devido ao grande numero de quartos e por ser uma hotel térreo achei um pouco complicado a circulação e a localização dos quartos.

Hotel tem uma bela recepção e fachada mas que não corresponde com as acomodações. Além de ter colaboradores que não se empenham em resolver questões do cliente, e ainda conversaram com meu filho em tom ameaçador. Experiência que torço para nunca mais passar. Pior custo benefício que já vivi.

Gostei muito do Hotel. Restaurante maravilhoso! Comida excelente!!! Eu escolhi este Hotel por causa do Evento das Igrejas, que começaria às 17h00 do dia 19 até 13h00 de domingo. A única critica é q cheguei no hotel para descansar às 14h20, pois tinha viajado à noite toda de ônibus, e também no hotel havia um outro evento, com músicas no maior volume. Conclusão: eu não descansei para o meu evento por causa do barulho!

Hotel bem situado na região de Betim/Contagem, quarto confortável apesar da cama de solteiro .Bom café da manhã, com opções de pães frutas ovos etc. O ponto negativo é a cobrança do estacionamento; item não previsto em meu Voucher da EXPIDIA, o que acarretou uma insatisfação.

Lugar confortável e funcionários atenciosos, acho que podem melhorar a academia colocando um piso ante derrapante porque hoje é cerâmica, colocar alguns aparelhos básicos, banco, banco para supino e uma barra com alguns pesos, a piscina e quada estavam fechadas, porem tinha carros no lugar como se fosse estacionamento.
