L'hôtel est très bien situé tout près de la praça de la Republica, et à 15 mn à pied des Docks. Il est très calme, simple mais confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très agréable à prendre le matin dans le jardin autour de la piscine. Enfin, le personnel est très dévoué, et parle souvent français.

Funcionários antipatipáticos e sem um sorriso

Única coisa boa é a localização. O atendimento é horrível. Funcionários não te cumprimentam, não fazem questão de olhar para vc ao passar uma informação. O café da manhã é bem ruim, baixa qualidade, tudo quente por ficar exposto no local, onde não tem ou não ligam o ar condicionado. Pedi um ovo no café da manhã, eles fazem se pedir, não te oferecem, veio frito, com mais óleo do que ovo. A limpeza complicada. Chegamos no quarto e um cheiro super forte de desinfetante para disfarçar o odor desagradável do banheiro, que só amenizava com o ar condicionado ligado e o banheiro fechado. Travesseiros bem velhos. Armários cheirando a baratas. Capricho, hospitalidade e simpatia são coisas gratuitas e necessárias para um hotel.

Hotel agréable, bien décoré. L’accueil a été juste correct de la part des différents personnels de l’hôtel, avec néanmoins des informations qui nous manquaient concernant la tarification de l’hôtel, ce qui nous a valu de payer une première facture à l’arrivée, puis un complément. Nous déplorons ce manque d’information et cette impression, globalement, que l’aspect lucratif l’emporte largement sur l’accueil des clients. Nous avons apprécié globalement la propreté de l’hôtel et des chambres (à noter néanmoins qu’il restait des poils, dans la douche, et que l’eau de la piscine était un peu trouble). L’eau chaude de la douche était la bienvenue mais ne fonctionnait pas toujours bien. Enfin, nous avons été un peu déçus par le petit-déjeuner (par le peu de choses proposées, et les limites dans les quantités).

Peculiar

É um hotel cuja instalação foi adaptada. O nível de conforto dos quartos varia conforme a configuração, pois as janelas abrem para as sacadas de circulação internas. O café da manhã é pago à parte normalmente. É trivial, mas os ingredientes são de ótima qualidade. O atendimento é excelente. O ótimo e caro restaurante no seu interior não pertence ao hotel. O ar-condicionado funciona bem, mas a cama não é muito confortável. A localização é num lugar tranquilo, porém fica a algumas quadras do comércio e à noite o local é bem ermo.

Um bom lugar para se estar a dois

Tanto o atendimento da recepção quanto do restaurante foram muito humanos. Apesar de ser um ambiente mais rebuscado (aparentemente) os funcionários atenderam muito bem. O ambiente é limpo e bem agradável.

Foi maravilhoso...nada a reclamar...atendimento dos recepcionistas, excelentes...central de ar, funcionando legal esfriava o quarto e não precisamos diminuir tá tanto a temperatura, temperatura agradável...tv, o básico mas foi tranquilo... O hote e bem rustico. Tem uma area comum bem bacana e possui um restaurante frances dentro dele. A piscina é boa. O cafe da manha é muito fraco devido a pandemia. O quarto é bem antigo e a tv é bem pequena e nao possui canais a cabo.

Tem muito a melhorar

Ao chegar ao hotel, fiquei bastante insatisfeita: recepção feia, mal cuidada. Nos colocaram num quarto sem interfone, nem TV, além de ter um par de meias usados dentro do armário. Troquei de quarto na tarde seguinte. O café da manhã deixa a desejar. A limpeza a cada dia tinha algo de errado. Mesmo no novo quarto, a TV muito pequena e mal posicionada (eu gosto de ver TV). Piscina precisando de uma limpeza mais apurada. Pude constatar que, pelo preço cobrado, há outras opções em Belém/PA que me agradariam muito mais. O que ressalto de bom é o atendimento, pois foram todos muito corteses e o restaurante cujo jantar estava excelente.
