!! WARNING!!

This was a quick night to rest before heading to mammoth cave Check in was fast and easy. Got to the room- killed two spiders and the room Smelled musty. Went over to turn the heater on and there were mold and dark marks by the trim all over the wall. Went back to the office and asked for the next room. She gave me the key to the room after mine. This new room didn’t smell musty, but again, more dark marks on the wall. Maybe paint was placed over the mold? The trim had green spots on it. Hair was in the shower, and just dirty all around. Towels all had yellow stains, just felt so disgusting staying there. :( wanted to leave but don’t have the kind of money to buy another hotel room and not get a refund for this one.

Very basic motel -- you can do better

This motel was barely acceptable. While I know there are limited options in a place like Beaver Dam, I would not choose it again. There has to be someplace better to stay. It was reasonably clean, and I'm not saying the place is horrible. Perhaps I am just past the stage of being willing to stay at such a basic motel.

It's NOT the Beaver Dam Hotel.

My first clue was the clerk sat behind a plastic barrier. The room was SMALL. The one chair in the room sat next to a refrigerator and under the rack where the clothes hang. The bathroom was old and I'm not sure if was improperly cleaned or just too old to clean well. The floors felt icky under my feet and the filter in the Air Conditioner needed changing. We actually rented at this motel room by mistake and intended to stay at the Beaver Dam Hotel behind the Denny's there in town. The Eagle Inn is really low end. We got ready to check out and couldn't find a clerk anywhere. It's one of those places where you leave kind of hoping they don't just go ahead and charge your card for a few more nights! No way I would recommend this for anybody who isn't already used to low end rooms.

Small town, nice, neat comfortable motel.

Pleasant greeting. Easy check-in. Room comfortable, clean and no traffic sounds. Small town with light traffic. Entrance light switch did not work and bathroom light was automatically connected to a noisy exhaust fan but we moved a lamp into the bathroom and fared well with that.

OK for a one night stay.

This is a 2 star hotel. It was clean but the room smelled of a very old hotel. OK for a one night stay. Bed was firm.
