Hotel is nice. Looks good. Only the sleep sofa is terrible. For an adult it’s too short and matras is so tin that you feel the full metal construction underneath. If you offer this as a 3-person room, the sleep sofa has to be better.

Very good hotel

Really good value for money. Hotel is completely staffless with almost all things done online making it cheaper than other hotels of the same class. hotel is very clean with free coffee, tea, pool, bowling, cinema and other fancy things. Our room was a 5 star standard with great views. I would be happy to come back

The hotel is wonderful and offers plenty of entertainment. What we found very unfortunate was that there was no extra bed available for our 10-year-old child. It was also not possible to do laundry, as the washing machines were not working and the problem could not be resolved. Perhaps the washing machines should be checked regularly to ensure they are functioning properly.

We were booked for 2nights and we were so looking forward to it because of all the excellent reviews. However we booked the hotel in the morning and around 2pm our car broke down in Aprica. It was impossible to restart the car so we spent the day in aprica ,on the street ,waiting for the road assistance to take the car and fix it somewhere. Etc Before check in We tried to contact someone from the hotel to help us cancel the night and to help us re book the following two nights. We call them on every single number and we used all the possible options to contact them but no luck. We lost the money and the night at the hotel . We managed to arrive to the hotel on the second night quite late. The room was very clean ,spacious and beautiful . There was a sofa bed very comfortable for our kids ,that we had to get it ready for them to sleep on. Parking is all on pay. We also had a little issue with them as when we arrived we scanned the code but it didn’t work. Eventually we managed to make it work, we paid when we left but then we kept receiving messages that the parking is still going and we have to pay again. All sorted a couple of hours ago. However we do recommend this hotel as it’s absolutely amazing but we found the way of solving issues a little bit upsetting and uncomfortable.

Nicht akzeptable Park-Situation: ein Parkhaus ein paar wenige 100 Meter weiter kostet weniger als ein Viertel des Preises vor dem Hotel, wo die nötige App auch nah an unbrauchbar ist. Manque d’oreillers

C’était bien mais l’absence de personnel rend le séjour un peu triste et impersonnel. Mais surtout ce qui nous a manqué est l’absence d’oreillers supplémentaires. 2 petits oreillers assez plats qui ne correspondent pas du tout à nos habitude on finalement rendu la nuit assez médiocre. Sinon c’était sympa en général et l’établissement est très propre.

Ungewohnt ein personalfreies Hotel. Der Kühlschrank war leider zu warm eingestellt und konnte nicht umgestellt werden. Das Zimmer war sehr warm, unseres Erachtens zu warm in der Nacht. Ansonsten unkomplizirt und einfach zu handhaben. Sehr grosses Spielzimmer mit grossem Bällebad, grosse Empfangshalle, Kino, Billiardtisch usw. Lädt zum verweilen ein.

Bijzonder en mensloos digi-hotel. Het werkt! De bedbank moesten we wel zelf opmaken, dat hoort immers bij het concept. Toen het uitgeklapt was bleek het een hobbelige pijnbank met een flinterdun matrasje te zijn. De chatbot reageerde via Whatapp binnen 3 seconden op onze klacht en was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Maar verder dan goedbedoelde tips kwam het niet. Uiteindelijk werd de behandeling van de klacht overgenomen door een echt en empatisch mens. Maryem bood ons een geweldige upgrade aan, een prachtige grote kamer met goede bedden en nog veel meer. Mensen zoals Maryem blijven onmisbaar in de echte wereld en vooral in de hotelbusiness. Dank je wel Maryem voor je begrip, de service en de gastvrijheid, we hebben genoten van ons verblijf!

Das Hotel verfolgt ein interessantes Konzept ohne Personal vor Ort – grundsätzlich hat alles gut funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß, die ausziehbare Couch muss man selbst beziehen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Das Bad war ebenfalls groß und sauber. Im Sommer trifft man kaum andere Gäste, was für uns kein Nachteil war. Kostenloser Kaffee ist nett, das Highlight für die Kinder war der Kidsclub und die Kegelbahn. Arosa selbst ist ein wunderschöner Ort. Die Arosa-Karte, die man bekommt, ermöglicht kostenlose Aktivitäten. Positiv ist auch, dass man keine Kaution mehr hinterlegen muss. Der Support läuft ausschließlich über WhatsApp, was im Notfall problematisch sein kann – eine Notfallnummer wäre dringend empfehlenswert. Kritikpunkt: Die E-Mails kamen verspätet, und bei unserem Familienzimmer bekamen wir nur eine Arosa-Card. Dadurch gab es Unannehmlichkeiten beim Eintritt, und wir mussten ca. 25 Minuten warten, bis uns kompetent geholfen wurde. Danke an Elise für die Unterstützung.
