"Excellent resort for families"

"Me encantó el servicio de todo el personal me encantó lo recomiendo do in cien"

"Loved the hotel and staff"

"Amazing service great resort"

"everything was perfect, I think the breakfast buffet prices are way too high compared to the rest"

"Beautiful and quiet!"

"Although the stafff was extremely sweet, this was not the hotel for us. If you are looking for a quiet and small place; then this is great. However this is definitly meant for timeshare holders and you need groceries and would have to go out to find more activities. The room was not completely clean, we came into dead spiders in the kitchen and the pull out bed was also not the cleanist so we ended sharing the larger bed. The staff was so amazing and understanding when we chose to leave to go...

"Excellent!!!"

"Service wasn’t great but I must say one kitchen supervisor went above and beyond for my artistic son the rest na. I would never go back there but everyone will have different experiences."

"Romeo and Roy were out Butlers for this trip and they were excellent, took care of us from check in to check out with anything we needed. Will be revisiting this property every year."

"Food was very average, upon check in i arrived 2 hours later than check in, my room was not ready and they couldnt/wouldnt tell me when it would be ready. Had to keep going to counter to ask. Too many locals, made for disrespectful vacationers"

"Everything was amazing, i will say they was so busy we didn’t get a tour but outside of that i will highly recommend"

"The customer service was rude and uninviting. When I asked a question most of them were brash , and uncouth."
