For us specifically, we had the manager, amazing lady, telling us about the past of the hotel industry in Bulgaria, the history of the region and many more local tips that made our stay great. "Terrible, forget to clean our room and than clean very unprofessionaly. From 22:15 no hot wather supply and we have to leave hotel without taking shower. Unfreindly staff. Weak security. Restaurants options very limited. Location great"
