The Golden Tulip Hotel in Varna truly exceeded my expectations. The room was absolutely amazing and incredibly spacious. I was impressed by how clean and comfortable everything felt. The breakfast was very good and provided a great start to the day. The receptionist and the security officer were both extremely kind. They helped me with every request and made me feel very welcome. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. I genuinely felt valued as a guest. This hotel deserves a full five star rating. I would happily stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and keep on returning, which is the best recommendation we can give. The reception staff is always alert and willing to help. There are few "down issues" one being a chronic problem trying to turn off lights over the bed. It is an electric wiring defect. Again, reception staff are ready to help. I have not stayed at many hotels in Varna, but will return to the Golden Tulip when the time comes

Appears to be newly refurbished. Clean. Staff were polite and friendly. Didn’t use the dining facility as just a short walk (15mins) to town centre but breakfast was good. The area around hotel is not pretty but was on business so not a problem for me.

We had to be at airport in Varna at 4..30am so stayed in Golden tulip the night before We were very impressed with everything about the hotel all the staff welcoming and lovely the room huge and comfortable Because wecwere leaving so early they even gave us a picnic instead of breakfast! We would highly recommend

The Golden Tulip Varna is a modern hotel with large, comfortable rooms with newer furnishings, excellent water pressure (on upper floors), reliable internet and electricity. Room rates are reasonable. The room was quiet. The front door to the hotel was not working well, but staff were ready to help. The hotel is located near transit lines (that I did not use). The neighborhood around the hotel is mixed, with new construction and some old neglected properties. Stores of all kinds are located nearby. I recommend this hotel.

When built, this hotel was magnificent. But today, it is no longer maintained. The room air conditioners do not work. And the hotel can not change batteries in the TV remote control units! The breakfast is so poor that my wife will not bother to eat it. What has happened to this hotel?
