"Amazing breakfast daily & Spa services are amazing! I would recommend that they learn how to properly make American cocktails! Used white Rum for a Pina Colada. Should be spiced Rum. Only carried one Bourbon variety. Hire the Bartender from the bar right next to the sports bar on the beach. Perfect cocktails and beautiful garnishes. "

"The property was beautiful and very well maintained! The front desk person was excellent! We checked in and found out that we had been upgraded to the Jr Suite with an ocean view! It had a gorgeous sitting room, 2 bathrooms and a lovely deck overlooking the pool and the ocean! The breakfast was outstanding, with everything you could possibly want, along with excellent service! We highly recommend this hotel!!!"

"Beautiful hotel with a perfect location a few steps from the old town. Immaculately clean, large, comfortable modern rooms with every amenity. Lovely terrace, lounge and bar. "Really beautiful and well managed property! It was a sea facing room with beautiful balcony. Room size was great. Plenty of tea and coffee which sometimes we don’t get in European hotels. There is a buggy service to go to Cavtat or the beach downhill. You can call them or sometimes they just arrive. All staff members we came across were really professional. "You will get the best view of Dubrovnik old town from almost everywhere in excelsior hotel. Breakfast is very good both in variety and quality. "The hotel is excellent. You can go to the beach from lift. My room has a balcony so that every day I can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The breakfast is good in term of food and the environment. During my stay, my room door has issue and hotel staff fixed it immediately. And to apologize, they send me a bottle of red wine 👍👍 You can walk to old town in 15 min and on the way to old town , the view is good. "

"This hotel is very clean, rooms are luxurious and comfortable. We had a sea view room which was very scenic. At dinner you can see the sunset. We used the indoor pool and sauna frequently. From the back of hotel you have a pretty promenade for strolling at any point with connecting hotels and bars to dine at whilst overlooking the sea. I will definitely go back there again and stay at this hotel!!"

"Located near where the cruise ships dock; it's a perfect place to checkout the old town or wander up to Sunset Beach with all the restaurants and bars...and yes, sunsets. The rooms were clean and big...and the beds were comfy. All the staff were very helpful; we also were able to enjoy an afternoon at the pool...so lovely. Highly recommend!"

"Lite og oversiktlig som vi liker det. Nært til strand. Nært til Dubrovnik, men anbefaler båt-taxi istedetfor bil pga trafikk. Båten ble mye billigere enn biltaxi t/r, og tok samme tid! Rommet; yellow Diamond var romslig og med stor terasse. Svært imøtekommende og serviceinnstilt "staff". Det eneste vi nok savnet var frokost og en liten bar. Men nært til restauranter og supermarked, så alt ialt hadde vi en veldig fin opplevelse!"
