"Very well managed property in the heart of gothic quarter. Wonderful, friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful spaces. Bed was perfect firmness. Good amenities. Our room had a small number of maintenance issues which Hôtel attended to. My only complaint is that we checked out on May day holiday and was not told that we Hôtel would be blocked off because of a parade- no taxi service for 2.5 hours which created a problem for our travel plans. But all in all - I Would happily stay again. "

"Beautiful hotel, the signature tobacco smell creates a sumptuous atmosphere. The staff is fantastic, they were helpful for me with wifi, managing multiple reservations, brunch and the spa. Rooftop deck is a hot spot in the city. The spa pool is awesome. "

"Easy to check in, unfortunately I had trouble being picked up with the airport shuttle, drop off was good. Restaurant was ok, wait staff are not friendly. The rooms are quite modern, clean, quiet, bed was hard? Loved the salt water pool, coffee, mini bar fridge, has it all!"

"An excellent hotel in a very modern, trendy neighborhood, though a lot of new construction is still going on, which made the trip to the nearest metro station a bit of a slog. The Rambla Poblenou, leading down to the beach, is about a 15 minute walk away. There are a lot of excellent restaurants and bars nearby, but I highly recommend the Andrea cafe, right next door. "It was a very nice hotel, however the front desk guy wasn’t helpful at all. I needed help, but he just smiled and texted to someone and said “it’s okay! No problem!” But actually not Okay. I gave up on him for help. Daytime front desk staff were very nice."
