If I were to ever consider returning to a place I’ve visited, it would be Ventus—for the wonderful food, the variety of restaurants, the beautiful outdoor spaces and cleanliness, the gorgeous pools, and the convenient transportation between resorts. The only thing that brought its rating down was the ocean, which wasn’t in its favor."
"We stayed in the lower level of a cabana, which was perfect since we had an inflatable standup paddleboard, which gave us plenty of room to store it. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The beach club is a great benefit. We suggest adding hooks or pegs in the cabanas to facilitate getting stuff off the floor and places to hang to dry."
"For those looking for accommodations that are not a big, all inclusive resort, Hacienda Morelos is an amazing option!! The hotel staff were all very friendly and check in was easy. After settling in to our room, we headed out for dinner and some basic groceries. Upon returning to the hotel for the night we had a few issues with the room. I talked to Dori at the front desk about those issues and she quickly trouble shooted and moved us to a new room. Given we now had more stuff than we started...
