This resort has 3 properties next to each other, and you can use all of the restaurants, bars, pools, services equally…no matter which property you stay at. Great options for families with small kids and adult-only spaces too…best of both worlds!

The food was very good at lunch. The restaurant’s and buffet for dinner were ok. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Wifi was good but you had a limit to how many devices you could connect. The coffee wasn’t great.

The hotel was amazing and had everything we needed. The entire property was extremely clean, and the food was outstanding. My daughter absolutely loved their donuts and had at least one every single day! The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, including delicious fresh juices. The only downside is that there is no real beach on the property. The water available at the resort’s waterfront is brown and dirty. If having a beautiful, swimmable beach is a priority for your vacation, this resort might not be the right choice for you. However, for the service, cleanliness, and food, it was still a wonderful stay.

I had a fantastic experience at this resort. The food was top-notch—full of flavor, well-prepared, and consistently satisfying throughout my stay. The facility was clean and well maintained, with a comfortable, cared-for atmosphere everywhere I went. The overall upkeep really stood out and made it easy to relax. We got an ocean view and it was seaweed season so yes there was an unpleasant smell from the balcony. However, it wasn’t enough to bother us. Plenty of pool and food options. Courteous staff. I liked the ability to visit all 3 resorts.

From our check in with Ana to Luisa taking care of us & our room (spotless and welcoming), to Are & Hugo our butlers (platinum package) booking our restaurant experiences and helping with a smooth check out we felt pampered at every turn. Wendy, Carlos and Maria at the spa were amazing, their healing hands and energy really made our stay special. Our room had an ocean & pool view. Our bar tenders (too many to name lol) were attentive and fun no matter the time of day or evening. The entertainment team was amazing as well, we very much enjoyed the Michael Jackson show - such talent and energy! Highly recommend this lovely resort. We chose to go in October (which means some rain and wind) but even that was spectacular!! And every day was still very pleasant and warm. The rain didn't last long or it was during the night giving us a cool light show!

Our check in experience was worst.. We paid an upgrade then they send us to platinum club.. Repeat everything same told to me at check in.. calls in a collegue who explains about investment and to book an appointment. Guest coming after travel should not be welcomed like this.. no drinks were offered not even water.. Spa is redicolous my wife and daugther went for nails aftwr 10-15 mins we were told none service is available( for nails and hairs).. Our buttlwr assigned Celine and Alberto were good they were in touch if anything needed.. Best restaurant is Hacinta (Mexican cuisine). Best servers Margarito and Alexandar.. Bar service can be improved with adding more servers depending on crowd.. At pool and bar table wait was too long if you need service at table.

This is a good resort that has the best options of restaurants, several good options. However, the the beache is very bad, non-enjoyable. They should remove all the rocks and have a sandy beach, I love the resort but without the proper beach, it's hard to come back.

The room was absolutely beautiful & very clean. The pools were clean & the slide, jump cliff & pool bar were great. The beach was not usable due to the June algae bloom but, the entire resort made up for it! The resort is so clean, great entertainment, FANTASTIC food selection & flavors! Staff was pleasant.

Great pools, loved the food court style lunch option. We were there in Aug so lots of sun beds and umbrellas were available. We were able to book à la carte every evening easily. Beach has brown water. Occasional bad smell. Only one pool has a swim up bar at the marina Easily was able to walk to all 3 resorts you get access to. Golf carts are quick and easy to catch a ride if you don’t want to walk.

Good but boring for 7 nights with 3 kids 6/9/11 yrs old. They do not like kids club. They were just boring. So we’re driving out to public beaches and cenotes and locals markets for morning and afternoon comeback to resort and enjoy at swimming pools and Cafe for drinks. Loved Iced Americano. Cafe open 7am to 10pm. But the resort beach wasn’t good(BAD) couldn’t even get near to beach. Sargassum was very heavy and smelly. Overall good and Food was average,
