The restaurant is okay, lunch and dinner is okay not too many options really but breakfast is good , many locals use the beach club daily so getting a beach chair isnt so easy, to take your order waiters take verry longg at the beach club , kabanas are not free , some staff members are a bit rude , kabana rooms are terrible , you can hear every single noise and conversation whether the person is below you or above you, you have no privacy what so ever !!! The people below us were terrible we could not sleep they ran the tv all night long on high volume also they reported us and said that we broke something in our room even though we did not , it may look cute and pretty here but it is not worth it if you are looking for a nice quiet calm private place to stay. It is very family oriented so thats nice if you do have a small family it would be a nice short stay, although i do not recommend.
We enjoyed our stay. Very nice Cabana number 2. Large room and balcony. Confortable bed. We slept really well. The Beach Club offered us towels, umbrella and beach beds, good service and good band for live music. There are a lot of restaurants around and downtown is few minutes away by walking.
The Cabana rooms are situated in a car park area so deliveries, waste removal vehicles early morning. No sunbeds allowed by unclean pool. Drink prices change according to who serves you. Beach bar beds stained and ancient. No free water as in other hotels, they run out 3 out 5 dats, no beach towels one day. Asked to speak to manager but wasnt allowed too. As one staff member said, just want your money but amenities so run down. Every other night karaoke music until about 1am from street behind so not much sleep and a construction site starts work 7am
The main issue we had was that there was no mirror over the sink so it was difficult to get ready. The sink was far from the mirror. Also no hot water at the sink. Otherwise the room was really unique and beautiful.
The best part of this hotel is definitely the location. It’s steps away from the beach and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and the city center. The rooms were clean and the food was good.
However, the service left a lot to be desired. Some waiters seemed only interested in tips and clearly prioritized American or Canadian guests, which felt very unprofessional. Additionally, the lobby and its restrooms are in poor condition, and the beach beds/mattresses are completely worn out. Great potential, but needs better management.

I mean if u want beach and just to chill then yeah it's ok, it's quite expensive they charge you for absolutely everything, in dollars and pesos. For the "impuestos" which is the taxes, then u have to pay 45 dollars for the shuttle, which is a lot I paid for an uber five times cheaper, I don't know I think if you want to have everything included and all exclusive for the price of 1000 and it's pretty much the same thing. Your stuff was nice and the service I mean, they cleaned, but the hotel doesn't have any toothbrushes or toothpaste, so you're gonna have to buy that on your own but yeah, it was an OK stay. I think what made my review besides the money would probably be. I was in the bottom floor and not gonna lie on the top floor since it was made of wood I can hear absolutely everything from conversation to what they were doing, and it was super clear so if you want privacy, I don't think this might be a good idea. Also, the view wasn't that good but at least you were near a beach.

The room was very clean, the staff were all lovely and accomodating/.The Kabanas had a lot of stairs, the room was small and could have used beside tables and lamps. It is very noisy at night until at least midnight as there is live music close by. The Kabanas are not a good choice for those who want a quiet place.
Beautiful location, great staff, close to the beach

Very clean and nice staff. Great beach scene with nice restaurant. Pretty good food except the nachos had cheese sauce instead of real cheese. 😬 Really good chicken quesadilla! 🙂
I was given a room with no windows, and when I asked for a different room I was rudely told that I had chosen the room from pictures on Expedia. The light fixture over the bed had about 50 dead bugs inside. The hot and cold taps in the shower were mismatched, and the shower head was clogged. The decking around the pool was rotted and full of holes.

La habitación está limpia y confortable ; aunque creo que por su forma; el aire acondicionado no enfría lo suficiente y esa noche hubo música a alto volumen en algún lugar cerca hasta media noche,el personal normal; no muy amable
This place was awful. Do not book.
Place looked nothing like pics. They had strategically photographed away from the piles of garbage and smashed beer bottles surrounding the property. Our room was missing a fridge. The safe could just be picked up and taken as it wasn't secured. Pool was dirty. I asked for drinking water but they said they didn't have any. We left after one night and they refused to refund our unused dates despite it being nothing like advertised. Do not recommend.
The breakfast was the best part. Really delicious and authentic Mexican food. The rooms and common areas are run down. The room lacked hand soap and a hair dryer
When the person upstairs took a shower or ran the sink it rained in the room. Also my shower would leak all over the floor, I had to put a towel down to dam it. The door frame had a gap so someone outside could see right in. There was no fridge and the safe was not attached to the wall or anything so pretty much useless. The patio door didn’t lock well. The lighting at the sink was terrible for doing makeup. Room 55.
