Solo no había jabón de baño en la ducha y tuvimos que salir a comprar cuando ya era tiempo de descansar tambien recomendamos que habiliten una pequeña refrigeradora para mantener los liquidos que compren los huespedes porque el calor es fuerte y se necesita tener liquidos frescos para hidratarnos. "The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms were always clean. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the beach wasn’t great during this time of year because of the seaweed, which made it less pleasant to spend time outside. "Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. "

"This is a very sweet, quiet and comfortable place to stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit and it was perfect for our family of 4. The on site pool is so nice and clean! And the swim toys were lots of fun. It's also very close to restaurants and the beach! Highly recommend."

Had a butler assigned at the Platinum Club but the service was 2/10, she did not introduce herself properly, she was just taking us to the room walking ahead of us without making a conversation or offering the services, she did not gave me her WhatsApp Number until I found it myself at the club lounge, I’m a certified butler myself so I always analyze everything regarding on service & professionalism, concierge at the club...

"It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. "The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."
