"My husband and I just left Hotel Hacienda. We have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. It has a beautiful ocean front view and the location is walking distance to pretty much everything. We can't wait to go back. We also enjoyed eating at the restaurant that's attached to the hotel called Muelle Once. They have the most delicious food and the service was excellent. "
"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...
"Everything was excellent, staff great service , food is delicious and the hotel is beautiful room clean and always fresh. I think the only problem was our safe, but that was about it, we loved the service from Jose from the sunrise bar and Luis from the pool bar. Luis from hibachi did a great job as well. Honestly the entire staff was great made us feel pampered all our stay."
