"It was the perfect get away spot. Incredible views of the ocean, a 5 min walk to the beach and local delicious restaurants around the corner. The place was beautiful, had all the amenities and our boys loved the pool out back. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. we would definitely book there again recommend to our friends and family. Our only issue was booking .com gave us the wrong contact number to confirm and we had to send someone to confirm for us."

"The staff is super friendly and will make sure to help you in any way they can. Antonio from the bar was awesome. He was always smiling and ready to provide the best service. One thing i didn't like was that guests get up super ealry and i am talking about 5 am to grab their spots by the pool, so if you are like me and get up around 8 or 9, you won't find any shade. The hotel does have a rule that says if you leave your spor for 45 min, they will remove your towels and belongings; however, i haven't seen it being enforced. I do think the experience would've been different if the beach was not "invaded" by the seaweed. Hotel did meet my expectations. This was 3rd Dreams that my family and I visited and I will definitely stay at Dreams again."

"Best all inclusive resort so far, not too huge to make u tired , party all day and night according to ur taste - many options with full time loud DJ at poolside, another relaxing pool with soft music , after dark night club, lots of events, programs on daily basis- and the best part a very chill and relaxed vibe to party and relax. Their food is amazing whether buffet or ala carte ( 5 international cuisine restaurants to choose from) lot of street/quick food options like tacos pizza etc. their cafe is option 24/7 - I am really glad I chose it for my vacation, I literally researched all resorts in Mexico ( watched videos/reviews etc and finally booked breathless-"

"The customer service and hospitality was top-notch! Our conceriege, Liza, was extremely helpful - made our dinner reservations and reminded us daily. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the entire resort and the peaceful laidback atmosphere. Just a quick 5-7 min taxi ride to the Puerto Morelos town square where you can walk among the shops, enjoy ice cream, and do some souvenir shopping."
