The property is very well located in Puerto Morelos with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Daily cleaning for additional charges, but they offer new towels if you’re available at the time. Internet was not working during my 4 days stay.

No staff to talk about. 1 week stay. Not a single day of cleaning. I was told I would have to call to schedule a cleaning day. I do not go on vacation to be on the phone for minimal service.
