"The house is beautiful and clean! Our issues lied with the lack of transparency, and false advertisement… First of all, we were downgraded house, without any compensation. Furthermore we chose this place for the amenities listed and many were not available.. we were looking forward to enjoy an evening fire, but the indoor fireplace in our villa was apparently defective so we were told we could not use it, neither the communal exterior fireplace. Also, the listing said there were 4 mountain...

Radisson Hotel Decapolis Miraflores

8/10 Good

"I started for three nights. The location is great. The customer service is consistently excellent. The breakfast is great. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. The front desk will exchange US dollars to soles and give you change any time. So cool. I gave 4 stars because 1) there was an issue with Expedia that they kept calling me to resolve it. 2) I don't care if I stay there again. There's nothing memorable for me there. Just another big hotel."

AC Hotel by Marriott Lima Miraflores

10/10 Excellent

"The staff was wonderful, with great concierge service in particular with Winney who scheduled my daily transportation to the various landmarks and facilitated my dinner/show ticket. Kudos to Cynthia who is a great chef in the kitchen and created meal plans specifically for my dietary requirements. In addition, the waiter Daniele was accommodative in facilitating my dietary requirements and personable in conversation. This is a great hotel with a very busy front desk."

Souma Hotel, Vignette Collection by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"We got the opportunity to get a paid upgraded room and ended up on the highest floor in a junior suite with the views of the ocean! Floor to ceiling glass panels and ( slightly tricky to operate) automatic curtains made it magical especially the sunset! Breakfast was well catered for with a variety of food. The beds were super comfortable. Located about a 10 minute to the middle of Miraflores the location was perfect. And it was only about a 6 minute walk to the famed Maido restaurant( review in progress) and about a 10 minute walk to Lacormar shopping mall. The staff were helpful too. Overall a definite choice if you want to stay in Miraflores, Lima"
