"This is a lovely hotel and was one of the nicest we have stayed in while in japan. The rooms are large, modern and very clean. I found the staff at reception and also in the bar to be extremely helpful and they went out of their way to help us offering help without even needing to be asked. "From our room the Mount Fuji view was spectacular and we have great photos. Although the next two day were filled with heavy rain, I felt sorry for the other tourists; who could not enjoy the Mount Fuji view. But we had a wonderful time and much thanks to the friendly staff. Aloha."

"I loved the bath. It was so hot and steamy. The traditional Japanese rooms were exactly what I was looking for for my stay in Japan. As we were leaving, the sweet host gave us hot tea to warm our hands on our cold walk to the bud station. When I got to the bus the station, I realized I left my hat. All of a sudden I see her drive up to the station and give it to me. Excellent Japanese hospitality "
