Amazing beautiful property peaceful and felt like a mini home away from home. Staff was amazing definitely come back just to stay here for a gateway. Their is food and grocery store near by so make super easy to grab stuff and make at your place

It's a unique area within the forest. Staff are very friendly and accommodating! The facilities are really nice! Plenty of space and a good location to drive from. Will love to take my family there next time.

I really wanted to enjoy my stay more than I did as the people who run it are lovely and the place itself looks wonderful. We stayed in one of the Bridge Rooms so the other ones may be ok, but it's slightly misleading as the photos of the bedroom for the Bridge ones must show one of the beds in the larger buildings. The problem is the bedrooms are just too small. You could walk past the bottom of the bed so if I needed to get up in the night, I had to climb over my wife! The sofas in the lounge were also not comfortable to sit on for any length of time needs some additional cushions.

We had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful villa during our visit to Mount Fuji, nestled in a distinctive area within the forest. The location offered a tranquil and serene atmosphere. The villa was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff members were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. The owner was especially helpful; he assisted us with our itinerary and even gave us a ride to the train station on our way to Kyoto. We felt truly taken care of and are so grateful for all the help we received. If you're looking for the best place to stay in Mount Fuji, this is it!

Apartment is new and very well appointed. There are 2 bedrooms - one has a western bed and the other has futons. Bedrooms are small and doesn’t have cupboards or other furnishings. That is fine because we spent most of our time in the living area. The kitchen is very complete and all utensils are provided. There are 2 separate toilet bowls but only a shared shower. Staff service is excellent. Location wise it is in a quiet neighbourhood but it is definitely not a place if you don’t have a car. A 5 minute drive takes you to convenience stalls, restaurants, a a large shopping area.
