"Citizen M Geneve is a unique experience in an ideal location. The room is tiny but the experience is an expanded digtial realm controlled by a tablet supplied by the hotel. It contains radio, TV, workouts, mood setting environments and more. The staff is very helpful. It also has easy access to trams and airport bus, restaurants, and shops."

"Very modern and funky hotel. Would have preferred more comfortable seating in the lobby/lounge/restaurant. Had some issues with inserting our North American adapters. Luggage racks are too small for anything bigger than carry-on suitcases. "

"We stayed here for one night before flying back home from Geneva. The staff were super friendly to our children which was lovely. There is also a free shuttle to the airport and you can obtain free travel passes from reception to travel into Geneva centre from the hotel using the tram (a 10 minute walk nearby). We had a lovely last night to our holiday (even squeezed in a swim in Lake Geneva) and would stay again. Only downside was the room was quite warm as the aircon isn’t very strong. "
