"It was terrible 😢"

"I had a good stay"

"El hotel ya no es “nuevo” y tiene varios puntos a mejorar: duramos 1.5 hora para el check in, la recepcionista era amable pero algo inexperta, debería haber un empleado de Recepcion ordenando y orientando la gente en las filas, para que este ahi solo él titular de la habitación, no todo el grupo, (no fue mi caso) pero un grupo delante de mi a varios les dieron habitaciones en los otros hoteles, y aclarar en las reservas que los niños también deben llevar identificación para evitar retrasos. el...

"You guys need to put the resort all inclusive you charges for everything and the resort is too expensive"

"My stay at Princess Grand Jamaica was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, clean, and has a great atmosphere, with plenty of amenities, beautiful views, and great food options. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout my stay. One thing that really stood out was how easy they made it to change my room from two queen beds to one king bed. There was no hassle or problem at all, and they were happy to accommodate my request. The service,...

"Everyone was wonderful. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The staff in the main dining area were very friendly and courteous. They anticipated our needs and were always willing to help us. Housekeeping staff were also great. We can not say enough about this resort. We will definitely be returning. We had a great time."

"I thoroughly enjoyed the amenities at this property and the staff was very attentive."

"Excellent will go back soon"

"Beautiful property, great food. If anything it would help if the staff was more helpful"

"I traveled for work, and it was the ideal spot to be at an all-inclusive resort. Love the place."

"This was my second visit to this resort this year, and once again, the staff was phenomenal. You can tell they put a lot into training their team because the level of service is consistently outstanding. We got a chance to try more of the food this time around, and I’d give it a solid 9.2/10 overall. Great variety and plenty of really good options. The location is another huge plus. It’s convenient, and I love that you don’t have to deal with hagglers on the beach. Overall, another great...

"Got in at 1300 hours got room keys all to find out the room was not ready. Found the cleaning crew inside the room screwing around. After a long day and relaxing finally 11p time for bed all to discover dead bugs on the bed. 12:07 midnight got a new room, ac not working properly , during beach and pool got offered drugs by someone within. They also strangers to come towards where you are put on the beach side. boy those 5 days felt like an eternity. Thought the RIU was classy. I should have...

"The rooms are not up to 5 stars compared to others hotels in Jamaica. As a Jamaican living abroad I was hoping to get some authentic jamaica food but it was rubbish. The chefs needs to retrained . I was very disappointed 21 of us and non of us was happy with the food ."
