"Such a beautiful place. Our room was outstanding with an outdoor shower and jacuzzi. We could sit on the porch for hours and watch nature. The trail was amazing. The hotel is on a very steep property but carts were readily available to assist. All staff were amazing, pool and pool bar very nice. Good breakfast. "

"This is a beautiful property with impeccable service and amazing views of the volcano. Our family suite was very large with an instagram worthy view of the volcano from our balcony. The grounds are beautiful- the trees, flowers, water features, just gorgeous. A good sized pool and several hot springs are part of the property. "Overall, a great property with a great experience for families, but the front desk staff are not trained to handle a large volume of tourists so plan accordingly. I would suggest a minimum of 3 nights for good experience of the resort. "
