"There was a derelict hotel right next to us. The RIU was lovely and well-maintained, but this building right next door was not. Everyone at the RIU was pleasant and kind and so willing to help us. Made our stay even better! The shuttle service to and from the airport was definitely NOT good. I would not recommend them (Nexus)"

"The property boasted cleanliness and a prime central location. Not much activities in the hotel. The pools are okay nothing to boast of. The hotel’s breakfast service was commendable, prompting us to eat there frequently. With an abundance of dining and entertainment options just steps away, the convenience of not needing a car was a highlight. Additionally, the hotel’s beachfront setting offered picturesque views, although the quality of the beach itself left something to be desired, with a clay-like texture and an unpleasant odor upon going deeper in the water. We had expected a superior beach experience, particularly given Aruba’s reputation."

"My family (2 adults, 2 children) stayed for 5 nights in the double queen ocean view room. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from our balcony overlooking the property and ocean was breathtaking. The Atlantis property is incredible with its countless aquariums, pools, and beaches. "

Everyone was awesome - the service staff were very professional Big shout out to Sherie in house keeping - she was great and the manager was great as well- Also Rhonda- she was great too Thank you for making our time pleasant and relaxing - our little kids loved it"

"Was very nice in general. Im stayed one night for working activity, so, i can't use pool. But thexareas into and out hotel are very nice, ckean and update. Have many good ambience spaces to seat and share. The breakfast was great and a good price. What i didn't like was: in the room i can hear all the cars noise. So, the cristal door not adequate. Other claim is that parking its not included in price and don't told me after check out. About parking too, is that jave to give a round for have acces in the car to it, from the front of hotel. Otherwise, all was nice. "
