"The front desk staff were incredible. They were helpful in finding places to eat and ways to get around to various destinations. The breakfast was predictable in a good way and helped start the day off on the right foot. Staff were responsive to requests for towels/bedding. "I paid a service fee of $400 and don’t understand why one day our room wasn’t clean we had to call service for towels and take out the garbage and I had to clean the bathroom and toilet. As for the staff they are not friendly at all I goes to Jamaica often and everyone was friendly and polite not at the baha mar. Sorry to say I will not book this hotel again."

"I loved the Beautiful Ocean West Boutique Hotel it was like sleeping in your own Castle and the room was elegant. The bed was big and comfy made you feel like royalty. "My daughter and I planned a quick trip to Bahamas and thought all inclusive was easier for us. The Breezes hotel was not a good match for us. We stayed one night and checked out the next morning. I was told my refund for the next 3 nights was going to be issued. I have been calling Expedia everyday to get this resolved. It’s been just awful with both parties - Breezes management and Expedia. It’s very unprofessional and disappointing."
