"We loved our accommodations and the cleaning staff. There was always a lounge available at the pool at anytime during the day. The beach is a short distance by car and a 10-15 minute walk and the Centrum grocery store is about 5 minutes by car and has a good supply of any needs. A great place to stay. "

"I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. "

"This is a great vacation spot in Simpson Bay. My wife and I celebrated our 25th here. The location and views are perfect. Walking distance to everything Simpson Bay and a great starting point for the whole island ( you need a car). Accommodations are as they look in the photos and the owners are attentive to all needs. Fully recommend. You won’t go wrong. "

"The view is spectacular! The ground floor apartment is directly at the oceans edge with a large patio. That being said, there are no lounge chairs and the furniture that they do have is not ocean worthy. They need to upgrade. The apartment itself is good enough as a base but should be scrubbed clean. Pots and pans dirty, shower in spare bathroom was rusting, etc. We needed the electrician, and he came in a day to fix the Stove/Oven. So, two thumbs up for communication. "Overall, not too bad. At least in my experience, the guy in charge did the best he could. Good news first. The property did have a pool, washer, dryer and a cool space behind. Your own rooms are protected with door codes that are given to you by the owner to make sure nothing will be stolen. He also came over to ask me if I needed anything. Now the bad news. "We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the condo overall. We liked the location and thought the host and manager had very good communication; everything was as described. However, the property trash cans didn't have lids and the strong odor was offensive, we found dirty/used underwear in the couch, some dishes were dirty, and the shower was sandy."
