"Arrived at 10am and told room not ready, that's fair. Booked a 2-bedroom room but was later given two adjoining rooms instead. If this is so, hotel should had offered to check us in early (I would had gladly pay the $50/hr fee) rather than make us wait 4 hours. For parking, was told the car need to be outside the carpark for me to purchase the guest parking, again, quite weird. I need to park the car before going to the recep to purchase the pass. Breakfast is mostly canned or processed food"

"Every staff is polite and friendly, from housekeeping to front desk and porters. Very nice building and decent gym. It would be great if a swimming pool exists or an affiliation with a local pool. This hotel is more for business travellers which was ideal for me on this trip while I was working off my iPad. "

"This is the 3rd time in a row that is have not received the bottle of wine tha I was entitled to. Additionally I always get asked to fill out their reception form, I have staid at this hotel over 30 times"
