"The apartment is nice, but you have to go to a shop to collect the keys which is a 15 minute walk round trip with your luggage to get them and then return them at the end of the stay. I am sure a more local solution could be found. Apartment was fairly clean, but some big cobwebs e.g. near the plant in the lounge. They could do with looking at how much crockery and glass wear they have as it is certainly not 6 of everything, glasses particularly. We had to go find the bedding for the sofa...

"Extremely disappointed with my weekend away with my partner. The accommodation itself was really lovely; spacious, finished to a high speed specification and had a really good feel to it. Unfortunately we encountered many issues. The heat in the apartment was unbearable, it was only 19 degrees outside but the apartment had no air movement at all and the windows opened a very limited amount. "If you’ve spent days travelling to this apartment and then told it was not available and you’ve got no where else to go. Then this is the apartment is for you. I had to spend my nights on a friend sofa in Wolverhampton and only got part of my payment back which I’m still disputing."
