"Great location, convenient and walkable to many main attractions. Room and bathroom were both spacious and beautiful. Very quiet, we didn’t hear any outside noise or traffic. Breakfast was well worth it. Would definitely stay again!"

"Nous sommes restés 2 jours et le séjour s’est extrêmement bien passé. On voit tout de suite que l’hôtel a été refait à neuf récemment. Les huisseries portes et fenêtres sont de très belles qualités. Le mobilier est de belle facture. Nous étions au calme avec une vue sur le parking de l’hôtel. Le personnel était très agréable et attentionné. L’hôtel est bien placé proche du Tram ligne 1 (station Resistancia). Qui mène directement à la gare centrale de Florence qui est à 2 pas du centre-ville...

"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.).
